The place initially seemed okay, but the staff here were very unhelpful and either couldn’t understand English or didn’t want to assist. Either way they were slow and unprofessional. I asked Peter for a room with a view of the city on a high floor and got one facing the train station on a lower floor. The rooms are very basic with small bathrooms. Only shower gel is provided. And one towel per room. The bar had a cocktail spilled on the floor which was not cleaned and I stepped into it which left me with sticky shoes. No food except ham & cheese sandwiches, crisps, nuts etc. They advertise to join their be one loyalty program to get a bottle of water, late checkout and free breakfast etc. but the website doesn’t allow you to register or join. Staff just shrugged their shoulders when I complained about this. Really not for anyone who expects something more than a glorified backpackers vibe with non-existent service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who needs it for more than a few hours or one night max when catching the train!
