First of all I had troubles with check in, I was at the entrance at 2:50 pm and it was no codes sent me until I had to call the support Second: the room I’ve booked was not available and Sabrina told me that I’ll be refunded for the price difference but it still didn’t happen

This place is in a fantastic location, just steps from three major stores and within a short walk of the station, making it easy to get around. It’s also close to popular attractions, which is convenient. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the great location. The issues started with check-in. Despite sending my passport and other required information well before my arrival, the process was still incomplete by check-in time, and I hadn’t received my entry code. Additionally, the cleaning service didn’t arrive, leaving me wishing I had chosen an Airbnb instead. When I requested a refill on some items, my request was ignored, which was frustrating. To top it off, I learned too late that luggage storage needs to be prebooked before checkout—a detail that wasn’t mentioned anywhere. Overall, while the location was ideal, the service left a lot to be desired and made for an unpleasant experience.

Room is big and comfortable, there is a balcony with street view. It’s easy to check-in online.

The hotel was worth to the money.. Location is very nice, there are lots of shops around and metro station is very close. Self checkin works fine and support system is strong.. only thing is room was not smells good probably previous guest cooked something smelly inside.. But rest was quite good..

There is no front desk. It is difficult to understand how to check in. When checking out, the door was locked and I couldn't leave the room. it took a long time to open the room, and the hotel's customer service was very, very bad.

Beware of pre-check in first, no reception counter there. Other thing is good.

the check in system is super terrible. We were waiting outside of the building for more than 1 hour to sort out this weird check-in issue. Because we can't find anywhere shows our room number. Then we called them, they online confirmed our order fisrt. After that we need to check-in online, upload our ID, also selfie, home address and so on. After that we waited agian until they chcked everything and gave us our PIN code of room. Because of this problem, we missed our restaurant and also the later plan. I have to say this check in system is super bad. By the way, the sheet is not clean and also moisture.

Clean and spacious, close to train stations, bus and tram stations. Only few stops to the city. If there is a microwave would be perfect. Since it's self check in. It's hard to contact a staff if any questions. However, we found a whatsapp number contact to the staff at the room door at last.

Extremely terrible experience, I have not received any email about check in information which I stand out 2 hours. The hotel phone can not work. Anyway, bad hotel.

Self service 1 make sure you check in online before you get there or be prepared to be confused and lost 2 no late check out or provision to keep baggage

I had a good stay at limehome for a week. However, the check-in process could have been much easier if an earlier email was sent to me from limehome with the nstructions regarding checking-in prior arrival. In general, limehome was a good choice

It’s a good Hotel to stay it’s clean and very good location. It’s in the Centre.
