Good services, good treatment, amazing staff

I had a great stay at Saint Shermin. The location is perfect - very close to the centre, easily walking distance to all the major attractions. The metro station is also really close if you don’t wanna walk. The online checkin was convenient, the staff leave various drinks and snacks in the reception area (some, like champagne, for a price, others for free). The room was ideal for a solo traveller: affordable, the bed was comfy, the air con worked well, the shower was powerful and hot! Would definitely stay again. Many thanks!

コンパクトな部屋だったが、1人で泊まるには問題なかった。旧市街も徒歩圏内でロケーション🙆♀️フロントの有人時間が7〜13:00までと短いが、その分メールでしっかりと対応してくれる。

Sehr freundliches, sauberes und ruhiges Hotel gleich hinter dem Karlsplatz. Straßenbahn vorm Haus mit direkter Anbindung an Staatsoper, Hofburg und Burgtheater. U-Bahn gut 5 Minuten fussläufig entfernt. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, zuvorkommender Service, ruhige Lage. Alles perfekt!
