Location is so so, but room is quiet and clean, tea bags is good quality. Breakfast is astonishing.

Booked this hotel as it’s a 10 minute walk to the main train station for an early train Room was very clean and comfortable with a good shower There is a smallish bar area with adjacent restaurant area open until midnight Breakfast choice was perfectly adequate Decent beer and wine choices

Awesome hotel away from busy sightseeing and center of town. Not far from connection routes to get downtown or where you need to go. Room was not huge, but comfortable for 2 guests. Had reuerigerator, no safe, nice bathroom size and comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Shopping mall right across street, with market on lower level for all your needs. Staff was super.

This is a perfectly acceptable hotel that just happens to be in a terrible location. The area is not unsafe, just rather nondescript and somewhat remote. The look of the lobby is not very promising, with all the video screens making it look more like a bus station than a hotel. The hallways leading to the rooms are bland and poorly-lit. On the bright side, the rooms themselves are perfectly fine. There are quite spacious, with high ceilings and big windows. They are perfectly quiet and comfortable. The bathrooms are large and well -equipped. The breakfast was not particularly elaborate, but completely acceptable. The location is really the only downside, but it is a major one. It is too remote to walk anywhere. The closest station is for the Tram. Although I have used public transportation in many cities, I did find Vienna's system to be more difficult to decipher than most. I did manage to get downtown and back, but not without difficulty. I was on a group tour, and did not choose this hotel myself. Should I return to Vienna, I would prefer to stay in a more central location.

Located in an Industrial area, breakfast buffet not the greatest, food always cold. Reception personnel lacking personal touch, I requested an extra pillow, the response eas, oh yeah soon we take up, 2 hours and I had to go down and get it. Towels, not the best. There are no phones but a tablet and no one ever answers. No manager ever on site. Room dirty and bathroom worst. not the best experience.

The hotel is based in an Arabic district. I felt safe, but there’s no restaurants nearby other than Turkish and kebabs. Arrived to the hotel at lunch time and restaurant in the hotel does not open till 6pm. No other options were given by the hotel. No sandwiches, no room service, no option other than what’s offered outside the hotel. The hotel is not so nice. It looks like a hospital, the rooms are small and basic. The duvets were too warm and there was no bed sheet on its own or a thinner duvet so we decided to remove the duvet cover and use only the cover. The duvet was so old, stained and full of holes. Disgusting. The bathroom was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. Little hairs in the sink. I requested a coffee machine (nespresso) to be told, only superior rooms get a coffee machine. I didn’t even have proper spoons to make instant coffee and even I asked, they were not supplied. House keeping ladies do not speak English, but they let us know our room wasn’t scheduled for cleaning after the first night. I had to go downstairs and arrange that as the bath screen was lose and there was water coming out so we had to use our towels to dry the floor and we needed clean towels. Issue was not fixed. Clothes line in the bath was broken. We also brought that up to reception and it was not fixed. I was told at reception I needed to leave a card hanging on the door requesting for the room to be cleaned. Such card was nowhere to be found in the room and it wasn’t supplied for the following days either although they were aware we didn’t have it. You get bottles of filtered water. Although Vienna claims is really good water, you can still taste it is tap water. No bottled water is supplied. On a very rainy day I asked to get a lend of an umbrella. Every time I approached reception to request something basic the answer was no, and not in a nice way. I had to check out at 4am. I made my taxi wait for over 5 minutes because there wasn’t anyone at reception. Music was so loud at the sitting area although there was no one there (at 4am!). I went over the reception counter, grabbed a notepad and pen, wrote a note stating I was leaving and left my card key with the note. No one came out. Appalling service throughout. I tried to bring my concerns to reception and they were ignored. Price for the hotel was high for the service offered (no breakfast included) and the area the hotel as located in as it was far from the city center and 15/20 min walk from the train station. Definitely not a 4 star hotel and not near the standards of such. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was ok, but the staff doesn’t have comunication each other. I was with in three bedroom room and they gave me a couch with a blanket instead a bed. I spoke with different person about it and until next day nobody did nothing. I was in a tour and I added 2 day more to stay . I went to the reception to check in and out and they said you can stay at the same room, but when I came back they put my luggage in another place. I was frustrated.

The location is fan,rooms are spacious and beds comfortable Only thing lacking I found was lack of bellboys as we.had to carry our.luggage from the bus to the reception and then to our rooms bynown self The complimentary breakfast was.sumptuous andvof variety The metro, tram stations were 5 minutes walk from.the hotel. Recommended
