Very great location and friendly staff!

Hotel is clean. Good and friendly service from reception. Nice hotel lobby with nice decorations. Manage to do a early check in (1plus pm instead of 3pm) after stating in booking request. Location Central Enough but still a 17-18min walk to Luxury Boutique (Chanel/Dior) Parking garage nearby (3min walk) for 24euro/day (get card from hotel) usually price $40euro Paid $10 extra a night for a room with Windows (they highlighted if never pay and upgrade, we will have rooms with windows that can’t be opened) - not complaining but seems like a usual sales Tactic Loved that the hotel got a mini shop/bar at reception that has many simple food and drink items. Not much in room amenities. No slippers or bath ropes or toothbrush etc. Only a simple hand wash and a all-in-one shampoo and body wash in toilet. No bottled water provided. Free wifi, no password required. Will recommend to stay.

레지던스형 호텔인데 4성급이잖아요. 그러면 웬만한 호텔서비스가 갖춰져있어야 하는데 그렇지 못해서 황당했습니다

레지던스형 호텔이라 밥 해먹기 좋았어요. 침실 따로 있어서 한 방에 모여서 밥먹기 좋았습니다.

整體非常好，房間乾淨，位置方便，攜程的早餐價格訊息錯誤，早餐一個人18不是15。

位置好在市中心，主要城市景點可以步行到達，服務周到。

This was my 2nd time staying at Adagio. Ideal location. Close to most things but also a bit noisy so ask for a quiet room. It’s great having a mini kitchen as i would make my breakfast every day. I wish the lighting had been a bit brighter especially at night and make sure you bring your own wash cloth. They do have hand soap and body wash/shampoo. If you have thick hair it will take you forever to dry your hair with the hair dryer that is provided. Staff are friendly and efficient. Make sure you use your key card when you enter the elevator. Gym was a good size but a treadmill would be a nice addition. It’s great they have 2 washers and a dryer but charging 8.00 Euros for the washer and 5.00 for the dryer seems a bit excessive in my opinion. Having said all of that i would stay here again.

Great location for sightseeing in vienna. Clean and easy to find. Room had everything we needed for a couple of nights stay. Like other reviews the only thing that we noticed was the warmth of the room but still a good stay.

The bed was comfortable and the front staff were very helpful. This property is in a 'quiet' area of the city center so we had to walk a bit to our destinations. The toilet area in the bathrooms was a little snug. Overall i would stay here again.
