Very nice boutique hotel, each room have a unic design. We loved the breakfast and the afternoon tea we definitely feel like home! Management is super helpful and kind definitely recommend it

We stayed at Hotel Altstadt for three nights. What a wonderful experience! The hotel is beautifully designed and appointed - a lovely mix of old architecture and eclectic art and decor. The room was comfortable and pretty with nice amenities and I appreciate the eco responsibility the hotel embraces. Breakfast, tea time, and evening snacks were all delicious, plentiful, and imaginative. The real star of the hotel is hospitality; each and every staff person from reception to maintenance to food service - all absolutely outstanding. Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we loved this boutique hotel. I strongly believe the staff make it so incredible. Annabelle and MIlena were so sweet. The breakfast was my favorite from all countries we visited. The rooftop is charming and each room is unique. It’s a museum. I can’t wait to bring my hubby next time.

Charming hotel in a good location. Friendly service and good breakfast. Difficult locks in the rooms. Just mediocre beds. The air conditioning was either ice cold or off, no proper adjustment option. Only blower power control and lowest setting was freezer. If you have a good gift for sleep, this hotel can be perfect for you.

Wonderful little boutique hotel with little touches like a glass of prosecco at check-in, afternoon tea time, roof top bar. The rooms were roomy and it feels more like living in a flat, than a hotel room.

A fantastic hotel in the Neubau district. Convenient for walking into the city centre, for U-Bahn and S-Bahn. The hotel offers plenty of nice touches for guests, such as the afternoon tea and cakes (which were very good), welcome drinks and an excellent breakfast. The staff are lovely. We will stay again!

Wow, what a find. A unique and personal hotel with fantastic customer service and breakfasts. The room was super clean with great facilities and a great bathroom space. The hotel was centrally located near to the museum district.

This is our 6th or 7th stay at Altstadt and we always enjoy the hotel - the friendliness, the rooms, the breakfast and so on. One suggestion for choosing a room - most rooms are differently decorated and when booking, be specific about what you prefer. The staff will try to accommodate.
