Ulasan The Social Hub Vienna

We really enjoyed our stay. Great if you need a place to work or want some activities to play in your spare time. Room is cute with a nice big tv! Our favourite part was the slide that goes down to the games room.

Good location

Ich hätte wirklich gerne überall fünf Sterne gegeben, aber die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit haben das einfach nicht zugelassen. Es fehlen schlicht die "Basics" wie ein Fön, ein Kühlschrank, Handwaschlotion am Waschbecken, eine anständig funktionierende Klimaanlage (der Raum war nicht unter 25 Grad zu bekommen). Zudem wurde das Zimmer nicht komplett gereinigt und as Duschgel in der Dusche war nach einem Tag leer und wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Mir tut diese Bewertung wirklich leid, weil die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption stets bemüht waren mir zu helfen.

Die ganze Anlage wirkt kühl und steril. Es erfüllt seinen Zweck, aber wirklich zuhause fühlt man sich nicht. Alles ist sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand.

性價比超級高，樓下有兒童玩樂區，有乒乓球，桌球等等，還有公用洗衣機。絕對是去維也納必選。

商務出差，距離展會位置較近。

Great hotel, brilliant location, close to transport and good breakfast options. Could not fault it. Would stay again.

I loved the hotel and the atmosphere there. It has everything one might need, very well located, close enough to the U and S stations, from which you could go anywhere in Vienna. The street is big and busy, but it was very quiet in the room. Very clean, very delicious tea options in the room. Also enjoyed breakfast buffet - has a lot of food for any taste. The staff was extremely friendly, supportive and professional

We stayed for my Mums 65th birthday and the staff made sure it was one to Rememeber. On check in they gave us free tokens for a hot drink to be used at the restaurant. When I went to use 2 of them on the birthday morning, the kitchen staff gave another 2 free so all 4 of us could enjoy togehrer. Also they brought out a really big cake for my Mum. At night when we were playing cards, they put muffins, fruit and fresh orange juice on the table with a special birthday message for my mum. I cannot fault the hotel. Thank you for a great stay!

We have stayed in Social Hubs before, so we were disappointed in the standard of this one. We felt it was tired and not well looked after. Social Hub markets itself on being for everyone, however as young professionals this Social Hub felt like we were stepping into a university halls of residence - not a hotel. In our room and in the common areas there was lots of dust and grime, clearly it had not been cleaned or the clean had been rushed and not done properly. There was also an outside space with our room which was full or weeds and litter, not the nicest thing to wake up to in the morning. The bed was also not comfortable and the shower pressure was weak. Love the idea and vibe of social hub, however this particular one has not been well maintained and I won't be returning.

Great location and easy to get to from subway U1 then tram 5 or 0 which stops right out front. Fun, friendly and trendy. Great breakfast. Laundry available. Breakfast on weekends is at 08:00 not 07:00 as posted which created an inconvenience for us with an early morning tour departure :( Overall good value and happy we stayed there. Great for young people but seniors or those with kids fit in too. Thanks
