The room was not cleaned so I called the property support, they asked for photos and send cleaners to clean it. But it took more than one hour and they didn’t accept to provide me another room although there were lots of available rooms, saying that it is not in their authority. Generally it is a kinda property being managed remotely, so don’t expect everything to be Ok.

Very bad cleaning! Hairs are everywhere. Full of dust and the kitchen equipment was dirty.

Nice serviced apartment but make sure you check in online and have a QR code to enter the building because you would need ref number to check in from your email or booking app messages where you booked the room. Dis-advantages: There’s no way you can stay at the same room when you extend your stay so you need to stay in different room cause it will generate a new room. I requested but they did not responded, they responded after chatting trip and they said requested is processed but when I checked in they key card is from different room. The cleaner was there at 11:00am check out time I told her I extended my stay, and she ask someone to talk to me cause she can’t speak english, I asked how I will activate the key to stay in the same room they said they don’t know too. So I told them I’ll just try to check in later to see if room 24 will be assigned but it did not, and how if I don’t have someone to open the door for me, I won’t be able to enter the room and the building anymore cause old key isn’t activated anymore. Lol. They took a photo of the room afternoon time before I checked in as proof that we’re already checked in so they don’t need to clean so I thought everything is already fine and trip said on the chat that request has been resolved and the apartment sent me a QR code to check in or get the key, so I expected a new key for room 24 but they assign room 21 instead. Lol so needed to relocate all my stuff again. Worst thing is the new room has no washing machine and dryer to wash my clothes, and the kitchen is smaller than the room 24, wish I could have stayed in the same room with the newly generated key card. reason why I always book rooms with kitchenette and washing machine is so that I can cook and wash my clothes anytime I want. Another disadvantage is you can’t open the main door’s building without other person checking-in cause you don’t have any key card yet lol. Just glad that when I arrived there someone are checking in near the main door so I was able to enter. And if you without a free wifi and a data connection and without check in online or without the QR code prior to entering the building, good luck too. They’re customer service are unresponsive, both on trip, and email. And can’t reach them by phone either and in the room’s call button. Another thing that I don’t like is the floor under bed is sooo dirty.

Great location , easy to find. Essential needs met within studio flats. No extras (teas/coffees/ water bottles, which would have brought this to 5*) Would be better to have check in machine operate consistently in English as was a mix of German / English which was a little challenging after a long trip!

Fully equipped with essentials for cooking. I stayed in a double bedroom and found it spacious and clean. But its LED lighting was too bright and could only be turned on/off (No lighting adjustment), which was not comfortable for me before going to bed and soon after waking up.

There is no reception to help you to check in or check out. We do not know Germany, it is difficult to use the translation to fill in the form to complete the self-help check in. The room has everything you need to cook. It is very useful. There is no cleaning or rubbish bags. We need to clean the place and even to mop the house.

Very small room. No iron or ironing board. It takes a long time to fill in your details when checking in. Not very clean. Comfortable bed. There is a kitchen

The login terminal closes after 22pm this isn’t written anywhere I wasted 85€ for this ****
