Hotel is very dated & not suitable for disabled people due to the amount of stairs to get to the hotel. It does have a lift but that starts on the first floor. We were lucky with our room 102 after reading comments on here about dirty awful rooms! Mine was cleaned every day & the bed made & towels replaced. it was a large room with a newish looking bathroom. The bed & pillows were very comfortable.My only gripe would be the noise the trams made every morning starting at 5am until after midnight. Due to the room overlooking the main road, the whole shook when the trams arrived!! I had to ask for a Kettle & cups as nothing was provided & it would’ve been nice to have had breakfast at the hotel as we always spent an hour or more trying to find somewhere local that was open. However, the hotel is well situated for a walk into the city & the amazing transport system is right on the doorstep. Charlie’s P’s pub opposite was great for easy food & to watch the football. If i were to visit Vienna again i would maybe stay here again

床很舒服，安靜，早餐種類很多，有美式早餐，有一個圓形帶芝麻的麪包，鹹口，很好吃，甜品無敵好吃（這應該不是啥優勢，歐洲甜品都好吃）

When I review a hotel I do so based on what i am looking for on the trip, on this trip I was looking for a nice hotel near to Vienna city centre with breakfast. Hotel & Palais Strudlhof ticked all the boxes. A 15 minute walk into the centre of Vienna with a tram line stop around 100 metres away. The rooms were fairly large and had all the amenities that you would expect, breakfast was varied with both hot and cold food. The area was pleasant and safe and had several bars and restaurants nearby. Overall if you don't want to pay the high prices in the centre then this is ideal. I would stay here again and also recommend the 1090 bar nearby in Bauernfeldplatz and the Rembetiko greek restaurant a 5 minute walk away

Bizim açımızdan beklentilerimizi karşılayan bir konaklama oldu..Oda, banyo çok temiz ve sessizdi..Her gün temizlik ve havlu değişimi yapıldı..Kahvaltı çok iyiydi..Şehir merkezine ulaşım konusunda sıkıntı olmadı. İlk gün 72 saatlik Viyana şehir kartı aldık..Otelin önünden geçen ''D'' tramvayı ile 15-20 dakikada şehir merkezine ulaştık ve aynı tramvayla akşamları döndük.Şehrin her yerine sınırsız tramvay yolculuğu yapabilirsiniz (Örneğin ''5'' numaralı tramvay ile Prater parkına gidip eğlenebilirsiniz) veya tüm şehri kuzeyden güneye, doğudan batıya hiç inmeden görebilirsiniz...Otel personeline her konuda danışabilirsiniz..Son gün uçağımız akşam saatindeydi..Bagajlarımızı resepsiyona bırakıp tüm gün gezme imkanımız da oldu..Tekrar gidersek tereddütsüz aynı otelde kalırız..Teşekkürler..

Just returned home from a fabulous weekend in Vienna to celebrate our friends birthdays and cannot fault this hotel at all; for the price it is excellent - lovely man on reception checked us in even though we were 2 hours early, showed us how to use the trams and train services on the maps, explained what shops and bars were close to the hotel, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms are large and airy & the air conditioning cooled it down a treat! Lots of storage space, very clean and comfortable beds. Extensive selection of food at breakfast to suit every dietary requirements from meats and cheeses to freshly baked breads and cakes. 4 different cereals to chose from and the coffee was lovely - coming from someone who is particularly fussy about coffee :) reception desk is manned 24 hours a day so you can come and go as you please. It’s approx 30 mins walk into the centre of Vienna but so many sights to see on the way. Will definitely be returning to Vienna and in particular will be booking Hotel Mozart again. If you want 5 star luxury then feel free to pay the prices for a 5 star hotel but if you are looking for a great prices comfortable, friendly, clean hotel then this is your place. The Irish bar 2 mins walk down the road do a lovely Austrian blonde beer 🙌🏻

Very basic. Clean and comfortable but definitely not luxury by any means, it felt like we were staying in student accommodation or a private room in a hostel. The area is quiet and fairly central which reflects in the price. Our double bed was next to the wall, we had no bedside tables or bedside lamps, the position of the bed was awkward and we had to crawl to get on and off - not good for those with mobility issues. The room is up two flights of stairs with no lift, so be prepared to carry your suitcase. There is a basic shower room with toiletries, and a coffee machine and croissants in the room were a nice touch. There's a nice sized fridge in the room, also. The laundry room is very convenient with a washer and dryer and ironing board, and the kitchen is well equipped. Self check-in was easy, but be careful because the room doors lock on you when you go into the corridor. We locked ourselves out of the room and had to phone the manager. The manager called housekeeping and someone came very promptly which we were very thankful for. The place seems well managed and very safe with lots of solo travellers and women staying alone. We are rating 3 stars purely due to the basic level of accommodation, but would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking for somewhere safe to stay in a convenient location on a tight budget.
