Ulasan Rainbow Hotel Vientiane

Our booking via Trip was neglected by the hotel, so when we arrived the room we had booked (double room with private bathroom) was not available. We were downgraded to a double room with shared bathroom and management was unresponsive to our request for any type of compensation. Bathroom cleanliness was close to not existent. Blankets had no cover and looked like they hadn’t been washed. Breakfast was included but VERY basic (literally just bread, margarine, jam, coffee and tea). Despite the convenient price, I would expect certain level of hygiene and respect for the customer. Therefore, I would not recommend staying at this place.

Good to have a private room with a reason price but the sheet is a little red color stained needs to be changed

This is a good budget option, it's so close to the night markets and surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. The wifi was really good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Con, my room had visible mould and water damage.

Has all you need, not the fanciest place but can’t complain for the price. Breakfast was a nice addition and wifi was great too.

My experience at the hotel is nice. I staff Mr.Dan was very accommodating and helpful for my questions about locations of the places I will go even a cheap advise for tuktuk and taxi. All in all the hotel is very good for me. I will definetely go back when I visit again Vientiane Laos.

My first time to be here was great, multiple payment possibility include wechat and alipay. Was the best for new comers without local money still having foreign currency, the room is clean and comfortable

The location was right in the city centre. The check in was smooth. The room was ok, but you can expect some traffic noise. Overall i enjoyed my stay at Rainbow.

Decent enough hostel considering the price, recommend if you are on a tight budget.
