Villa de Mekong

The location is very good, which is a quiet small courtyard amidst the noise. Walking to night markets and attractions is very convenient, and there are also many delicious French restaurants nearby. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and professional, recommended to friends who come to Vientiane.

Just a really lovely bungalow, super helpful and friendly staff, and in a great location. Have recommended this place to friends already, and would happily stay again.

Lovely characterful hotel in super central location. Quiet oasis and lovely place to stay. Would have given 5 stars if breakfast was better - the vegetarian version still had meat in the porridge!

The aircon doesn’t work and it was very hot 😞 I only stayed for a night so wasn’t really bothered moving the room.

The bungalow style hotel is pretty and sits right across the Main Street where the night market is held. However the rooms could be a lot cleaner, esp as even cheaper hotels are better cared for. I found peanut next to the bed mattress, as well as on the floor, plus short wiry ?body? hair on the sink, grime and dust in the bathroom that could easily be rinsed off with water. Another thing I noticed is that upon checking in I was asked for 300,000 deposit but the hotel wouldn’t give me a receipt for it, even though I asked for one. Instead, I was asked to sign the envelope which the deposit had been placed into. I found that senseless and abit suspicious. I got my money back in the end, but the whole time I wasn’t quite sure I would.

We stayed here on a whim after our previously booked hotel had overbooked and it was a blessing in disguise. Gorgeous little villas very closed to the centre of Vientiane.

・部屋に電撃殺虫ラケットが置いてあってかなり活躍してもらった。メコン川に近いからか1〜2匹/日は部屋の中にいるが、刺されることはなかった。レセプションには沢山いた。(4月滞在) ・ナイトマーケットにとっても近い。エアポートまで行くNo.44のバスも徒歩圏内、立地は良いと思う。 ・ウェルカムドリンクのサービスがあった、美味しかった。 ・ドライヤーは新め、設備はまあまあ。タオルは割と綺麗。
