No hot water, hair drier was broken. Try to use spray to hide the smell, pillow very dirty. My room during the night rain, it became a river in the room. Do not help guest with luggage just asked to find it by myself. No inform about the wifi, breakfast time. In the nut shell, it was not worth for this price.

Location is very good.
Very old hotel. Need to repair or renovate.
The room is not clean, shower is good.
A lot of water came down all time my rooms windows from upper floors. I don’t know it is only my room or every room has this problem. Very weird and uncomfortable.
DO NOT and I repeat, DO NOT rent a moto from this place. They are unsafe pieces of junk. The transmission blew out on mine en-route to Pha That Luang. I called the hotel and was told to “go slowly….you fine”. Having no transmission made that pretty simple as I couldn’t move at all. I was told to “check around where you are” for help getting the moto back to town. I called back to explain that the only thing within sight were watermelon vendors and I needed help arranging a truck to come pick us up. He began to get hostile and yell “I all by myself…..you lose bike you pay” I convinced a driver hauling rice to give us a ride back to town. Fortunately the little rat who rented me the scooter didn’t say a word and handed me back my passport without incident. I loved my time in Laos and the people are among the best I’ve met. With the exception of the staff at Memory Hotel. DON’T rent a moto if you value your time, life, and peace of mind.
