We only stayed 2 nights, so I don't think we fully experienced everything this place had to offer, but we really enjoyed our time there. It was very quiet and comfortable. The architecture is very cool, and the way it was designed really did seem to keep the place quite cool even without AC. It was fun to see all the wild horses grazing on the lawn and fall asleep to the noises of the coqui frogs. The showers are sort of indoor/outdoor...covered, but open to the elements. It was a very cool experience to shower while stargazing. Beds were super comfortable.
They don't mention breakfast anywhere in their literature, but based on what I read from other guest reviews, I was a little disappointed by the breakfast. I was expecting a variety of tropical fruits, and they only had oranges when we were there. But, regardless, it was nice to be able to eat a quick breakfast right at the hotel and get going with our day. Food options on the island are a bit limited so it would have been a bit inconvenient to have to find a place for breakfast each day.
Overall, a very nice experience. I would recommend and consider staying here again if I'm ever lucky enough to get back to Vieques island!
