Petite chambre et la salle de bain n’est vraiment pas pratique.

Fast hotel met pincode check in. Hele eenvoudige kleine kamers met eigen douche/wc. Knalharde bedden. Gemakkelijk en ruim parkeren. Kritisch bekeken was het niet heel proper, het raam was slecht afsluitbaar en er was buiten ongedierte: een rat. Verder simpel hotel, prima voor een overnachting.

Excellent hotel, warm and spacious and had everything we needed for an overnight stay while travelling. Parking immediately outside and staff friendly and helpful. Room quiet and bed comfortable. Had ample hanging space, chair, stool and writing dest. Room smelt fresh and bathroom adequate. All very clean. Highly recommend and will use again

No lights in parking lot when I arrived at 21h20. Felt very dangerous and unsafe. Room smelled of disinfectant. Toilet flush mechanism did not work, so toilet was not usable. Nobody on premises to talk to about fixing toilet or moving me to a different room. TV had no English speaking channels. Very disappointing overnight stay. No comparison to my stays at the more modern facilities run by B&B Hotels. Unfortunately, this bad experience brings down the reputation of the entire chain. I will opt for Ace Hotels in future when both are available.

This is a budget hotel about halfway between calais and Toulouse, perfectly placed for our stopover. We found it to be clean but basic, no tea making facilities in room but a vending machine in foyer which cost just €1.10 for a drink. Friendly staff on hand to assist in matters. Breakfast was overseen by Akrem, a very friendly, engaging chap who seemed to be doing everything on his own. The breakfast was fairly good with enough choice of breads, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, and drinks to fill you up. Free parking at the hotel. Remember this is a budget hotel, if you want 5* hotel you will pay 3-5 times more for it. Would return next time and recommend to others.

We were there to overnight on our way back from Perpignan to Calais so didn’t want anything fancy , just clean and comfortable. It was clean and the bed was comfortable but the bathroom was dangerous and a disaster . The shower was minute, the shower thermostat veered from freezing to very hot and back again. The shower tray leaked so we had to use towels on the floor to absorb the flood . The plug in the wash basin stuck down so the only way to .empty the basin was via the overflow. All this happened late in the evening. I reported the problems in the morning and was offered a complimentary coffee as compensation, I refused . Yesterday I returned the .’ Happiness ‘ questionnaire highlighting the problems. The automatic reply thanked me for my positive comments !

Breakfast OK arrival not good because the hotel was closed. Couldn't gain access to our room. Would not stay there again or recommend ot.

Good quality hotel for an overnight stay. Good location near the motorway. A fairly busy road outside the hotel but very well sound insulated. Room on the small side but fine for one night

Small room but it was just a stop over, so not an issue. Staff very friendly, the room was clean

Perfect place to stop off

Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit, mais nous avons vraiment très bien dormi. Notre chambre était côté jardin et le calme était très reposant. Notre hôtesse à été très charmante et dévouée à nos petites intentions malgré quelques petits problèmes au petit déjeuner. Nous avons trouvé une chambre très propre également. Un grand bravo à l'équipe.

J'avais choisi cet hôtel car très satisfait lors d'une autre étape à Vierzon. Mais cette fois, déception. J'ai trouvé un hôtel passablement défraîchi, dont l'entretien semble avoir été abandonné. Chambre au rez-de-chaussée très petite, moquette poussiéreuse le long des murs. Salle de bain minuscule. Heureusement, ce n'était que pour une nuit. En revanche, accueil très cordial.

Une horreur!! Arrivée à 23h30 alors que l’arrivée est marquée possible à toute heure, impossible de prendre possession de ma chambre. Un numéro de voyage m’avait été communiqué mais il fallait le numéro de réservation pour la borne, que l’hôtel ne m’avait pas envoyé. Aucune réponse au numéro surtaxé, j’ai du trouver un autre hôtel en urgence et lorsque j’expose mon problème à l’hôtelier celui ci refuse de me rembourser. Pire : il m’envoie le jour de ma réclamation le fameux numéro de réservation et fait preuve de mauvaise foi. Bref fuyez! D’autres hôtels aux mêmes prix sont bien mieux que ça!

Nous ne connaissions pas ce B&B le seul sur Vierzon l’Hôtel est convenable mais un peu vieillissant d'ailleurs c'est sa dernière année en B&B... L’accueil est très sympathique, merci à Akrem nous avons apprécié sa disponibilité et son amabilité.
