Stayed there for a night while returning to Bangalore. Located in the main road, near Kamat Hotel and close to Gol Gumbaz. Hotel is small, unlike the pictures posted. Had booked a triple occupancy room, we were given a small room with a queen bed and an extra bed (floor). Costly for the size of the room. The beds occupied 90% of the room. Bath and Toilet were clean. Room clean as well. Restaurant was okay, no room service. When I enquired in the restaurant, the waiter said the staff were busy and no one was free to take food to the room. When I turned around, the whole restaurant was empty and the same waiter was watching videos on his phone. Checkin and check out was smooth. Buffet breakfast was not so convincing. Hotel just okay for single travellers on business.

My stay was comfortable. Thanks for taking care of my stay. I was welcomed and accommodated immediately on arrival. Felt relaxed

The staff were well-behaved, and the food, including breakfast, was good. However, the bedsheet and pullover had noticeable stains, which was disappointing. It seems the housekeeping mentioned they’ve been using the same bedsheet and cover for four years, so this may need improvement. Despite that, everything else was satisfactory, and since i was only there for 10 hours, it wasn’t a major issue.

Stay was good enough, hospitality was surprisingly homely with basic emergency tablets like paracetamol available to us in the reception. Very warm people. It was a good experience, but cannot be compared to tier 1 stays as the room service was pretty average, almost bad. Laundry service is not available in the hotel. Barring these 2, hotel can reach to international standards if the staff pull up their socks and maintain the standards especially cleanliness in buffet area, wash rooms. But staff are honest and helpful. If cleanliness would have been maintained and basic amenities like tea and coffee sachets arranged in the stay, it would easily be in top 5 hotels of bijapur.
