stay is good but while booking room they had booked executive room but given small room while booking we request large bed but they had give small bed room we had paid extra amount for family room where we got large bed we 3 people but they gave break fast for 2 people

in the 1st room, there were cockroaches, in 2nd room TV and AC was not working, finally we opted for 3rd room. There was difference in the offerings compared to booking done at hotel and through MMT. Also rooms were with broken furniture.

This is the worst hotel stay I have ever done.
I am totally disappointed for showing me incorrect images while booking. no geyser is working ac limit can't be adjusted. no heat water. no water bottle provided. no hygiene. bad clothes like blanks and can't imagine the worst pillows.
i really don't know how to describe this hotel.
receptionist took my phone for giving their review with 5 start with out my concern.
please void this hotel if possible.

The rooms are dirty and with all bad marks on bedsheets, they have shown me 3 rooms all remain the same 1 st room lock is not working. The room I choose finally are with small cockroachs in the room. I was havimg very bad time with the hotel. I have asked them to change to other hotel next to it which is homey meadows which is managed by same organization, Hotel manager asked me 500 rs more. Normally both hotels remains same price on this day. I suggest not to choose this hotel
