As soon I booked I received a call from hotel and they informed me that your booking is confirmed and they enquired about my arrival. I was almost near the hotel and right I got down my car I had a warm welcome and the gate keeper was energetic and greeted me and immediately unloaded my luggage. He and an executive guided me to reception. On reception I had a pleasant welcome by the receptionist ***isha and another lady. She - ***isha quickly processed my check in and in no time I was escorted to my room which was as fresh as expected. The food was very delicious and with perfect blend of flavour. The heritage of hotel is well preserved and had very nice feel. Above all the location is amazing the view of sea and sound of dancing waves can be heard and viberations felt in the Restaurent. My checkout was very smooth and a return soon see off is always memorable. I am a frequent traveller and stay at ***y luxury properties. This one will be in my select always. The whole team right from room service / F&B / housekeeping is up to mark. Spa is decent enough with various therapies to offer. Had a good relaxing deep tissue massage for my back and neck pain. Thank you for making my stay comfortable

When arriving in the room, the bedsheets had brown stains on them. When asked to replace the sheets, they replaced them with again dirty sheets (gum or something stuck to it). Then when they came to replace them again they almost placed dirty sheets again. So we settled for the next sheet which has holes instead of dirt. The shower curtains are disgusting with something on there.. The floor mat in the shower was too nasty to stand on. The towels we got had a stain on them. When we asked for a new towel i was handed a towel with stains on it. (Third time was the charm.. finally got a clean but old and ragged towel..) When we went down for breakfast, all the ”clean” coffee cups were dirty. Nobody from the crew speaks Telugu or English (except 2 people at the desk) even though this is a Telugu speaking city. At 5:50AM, the cleaning crew got started working very loudly and also shouting to each other across the hallway. The only redeeming quality for this stay was the dinner.

I had visited the property on 18 Apr 24 for one day. It was very comfortable and memorable stay. Starting from front desk ***ager . She made me grand welcome with big smile on face. I can choose room as per my choice out of 04 rooms. They offer me an excellent welcome drink too. The room was very specious with ***y amenities. The room was very clean and all the linen were arrange properly. The house keeping staffs were very prompt and always ready to help for any needs. The food at the hotel was mouth watering and very tasty and staffs were Eveready to serve you . All kind of dishes were well spread around the counter . OVER ALL AN EXCELLENT STAY. IT WAS LIKE ”A HOME AWAY FROM HOME ”
