Hotel 5 Bintang Terbaik di Vouliagmeni

We were invited to a wedding on the Athenian Riviera. We chose a Divani first location and amenities. Unfortunate, it is one of those prices hotels in the area. They also charged us €20 do use the gym and €50 to use the indoor massage therapy pool. I thought that was very expensive and should be included in the package. There is a free breakfast Buffet every morning. Nothing too extraordinary as the Greeks do not have big breakfast us as do the Americans.

So we went during the Xmas period december 2023 , I have not stayed at any four seasons so was really looking forward to this. If you want to book, there are Few things to note : 1- the biggest disappointment was the lack of any area that got sunshine! The reception said it’s because the hotel is facing the sea and the sun is on the other side, however when you go from England you are always looking for sunshine ! And if I had known this I would not have booked here.i know that it’s the way the hotel is situated but I would have liked to know about this , but none of the reviews I read mentioned this or maybe I missed it. 2- there was a communication problem with the staff so for example I asked for milk for tea but was sent coffee satches, I was offered champagne for our anniversary but I did say we don’t drink Alcohol, but on our return to the room there was a champagne bottle and a cheese cake saying merry Christmas on it ! The morning we checked out we were told a taxi will be ordered but no taxi in the morning and reception then called one, which took time. Although the above issues were rectified but I did feel that for £700/- night this hotel does not offer anything outstanding, it’s basically a 5 star simple hotel , it’s not a resort and nothing extremely luxurious, For example the shangrila in Colombo Or the jumeira beach hotels in Dubai are far more luxurious. The other thing that seemed really not classy at all was the lack of decent toiletries in the bathroom All they had was Big bottles of shampoo and hand lotion! I guess a couple of nights may be ok if you get a better rate as the views are beautiful and most of the staff are pleasant.

Un soggiorno da sogno! Ho trascorso una notte in questo splendido boutique hotel e ne sono rimasta incantata. L’atmosfera è rilassante, le camere curate nei minimi dettagli, tutto moderno, tecnologico e pulito. Il servizio impeccabile. Un luogo perfetto per chi cerca eleganza, tranquillità e autentica ospitalità greca. Mi aspettava anche un regalino in camera, che era molto apprezzato! Non vedo l’ora di tornare! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very pretty boutique hotel near the sea. Cosy, charmant room with pool view. The breakfast was delicious! Excellent buffet and a la carte service. The dinner was good too, very colourfull and fresh. We enjoyed the cocktails at the pool. Very Nice vibe around the hotel. They were putting up the christmas decoration and it was so festive. At our departure day we booked the wellness and massages. I never ever had such a good massage! Only for that (and the breakfast) you need to go here!

Nice hotel. I’ve been to Greece 25 plus times. This property is a very nice property and the rooms were very nice. The only complaint I have is that we were not allowed access to their larger property Divani Thalassos/Spa Beach area or Pool without a ridiculous fee which was across the street from us. The pool at the Escape was not really a pool. If you want to enjoy the beach and the pool I would not recommend it. That alone took away one star. Find an another boutique hotel nearby with better views and access to lounging.

The ROC club is newly renovated at Vouliagmeni Suites and it was wonderful to see the beautiful hotel property freshly updated. I just spent a week there. The pool is magnificent and the morning breakfast delicious. Also enjoyed dining there for dinner which was very nice. *ALL* the staff go out of their way to make sure you have what you want the way you want it! Cannot stress enough how truly focused they are on your comfort and requests!Extremely responsive, respectful and kind. From Maitre’d Γιωργο, Κυριε ΓΙΑΝΝΗ and servers Katia, Eugenia and Zoe. And at the pool Jason/Ιάσονας! Thank you to the F&B manager Konstantinos and Hotel Manager Nikitas Toulias. I did not get everyone’s names - even the housekeeping was amazing, helpful and kind! Service was 5 stars. Coming back in September and so excited as the rooftop restaurant was not yet opened and it sounds amazing. Hope your Athens trip includes Vouliagmeni- then your hotel should be this one!

We were in Greece for my son's wedding. There were 14 in our group. The Amarilia hotel was the perfect location. The rooms were bright and clean. The hotel has a spacious lobby and bar/restaurant area that was nice for large gatherings to socialize. The breakfast spread had so many offerings, there was something for everyone. The front desk staff went above and beyond. They were extremely helpful. We especially enjoyed the hotel mascot and looked forward to seeing him every day.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The accessible room was large and has two private garden areas which was an unexpected luxury. There is a lot of furniture in the room that we had to move to enable access to the bed and to get around. The bathroom was a good size but there was no shower chair. The only seat the hotel could provide was a garden chair which worked but wasn't ideal. As with wet rooms the bathroom flooded significantly when the shower was used creating a slip hazard. The hotel itself is quite small so there weren't many other areas to navigate. The ground floor was all accessible. Staff were all delightful and super helpful. They were great at helping me in and out of taxis.

Awful. Avoid at all costs. Absolutely disgusting hotel with despicable booking practices. If you need any type of visa, AVOID AVOID AVOID. They have many poor reviews that state the same issue I had as well as terrible rooms and service so I can see that this is not an isolated experience Not fit to be in the hospitality industry. I booked a room directly through their website months before my trip. I even paid a further €350 for an additional night closer to the time. However my Schengen visa was only granted for a date after my booking date. My total booking was worth close to €1000. I pleaded with them to be flexible with my booking as the reason for my cancellation was totally out of my control. I explained the situation and asked if they could be reasonable and come to a compromise such as a partial refund or voucher, and their approach was sickening. They flat out refused and then ignored further emails. It was physically not possible for me to stay there on the days I booked and yet they were happy to steal my money with no recourse. Absolute thieves. How you treat your guests before they arrive is just as important but when dealing with them when I extended my booking they were extremely rude and unhelpful and probably scammers too as they wanted me to supply my credit card details on a word document form which is so unsecured! In 2024 there is no reason not to have a secure payment gateway and I can only thing there is something fishy about that. I have dealt with hundreds of hotels but this place is the only one to have been so inflexible and so uninterested in customer service.
