SShuijiaohuanghouI booked this hotel for my parents, and they were absolutely delighted. It's conveniently located near all the major attractions, and getting around by taxi or subway is super easy. The service was top-notch, truly. I chose Christine after reading so many glowing reviews, and it definitely paid off! My parents couldn't stop praising the staff, saying every single employee they encountered was warm, friendly, and incredibly polite: from the lobby manager, concierge, and front desk, to the housekeeping staff, restaurant crew, and even the driver who took them to the station â every single one was just wonderful. Such a hotel culture and management level is truly impressive! On top of that, the breakfast and afternoon tea were incredibly rich and delicious. Next time we're in Luoyang, we're definitely staying here again!

NNijiaBB-The rooms are spacious and elegant, and the hotel offers 24-hour butler service. The water temperature is perfect, making for a truly comfortable stay. It's incredibly thoughtful that they provide a business car for pick-up and drop-off at the station. There's also an Ă la carte breakfast and an infinity pool, making it an excellent spot for a relaxing vacation. The environment is also fantastic.

GGuest UserThe location is good, not too far from anywhere, and the surroundings are relatively quiet. The room is spacious and not cramped, though the facilities are indeed old. It's clean, but some signs of wear and tear just can't be removed. Our room faced the building opposite, which was very close, so there was no view to speak of. The windows are sealed, but the air conditioning works. The meals are quite simple, and the price isn't high anyway. The young lady at the front desk and the cleaning staff were all very warm and attentive, especially the bellmen. They delivered takeout to our room tirelessly every day, without any delay. I have to specifically mention the shuttle service for the concert. On the first day, it was organized by room, which unfortunately led to long waiting times. On the second day, they took our feedback and changed the arrangement, which was very smooth. All the staff were enthusiastic and patient â thumbs up!

JJue QI would like to express our sincere appreciation for the professionalism and warm hospitality we experienced during our recent stay at the Luoyang Marriott.
From the friendly doormen who welcomed us upon arrival to the pleasant fragrance that greeted us in the elegant, modern lobby, every aspect of our stay reflected comfort and attention to detail. The front desk staff were consistently courteous and attentive, making our visit both relaxing and enjoyable.
We stayed in Room 2112, which was exceptionally well maintained. The bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom and shower were spotless, and the minibar was properly stocked. Although our sightseeing schedule in Luoyang kept us busy and prevented us from using the indoor swimming pool, it looked beautiful and very inviting.
The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of options, including hot and cold dishes, an egg station, fresh salads, cheeses and cold cuts, desserts, espresso coffee, teas, and cold beverages. I have a sensitivity to seed oils, and I would especially like to thank the kind lady at the egg station who graciously prepared my eggs in butter each morning.
I would also like to recognize Bella, Rachel, and Felix at the front desk for their outstanding assistance and for kindly accommodating our request to extend our stay by an extra night. Special thanks as well to Alvin in the breakfast restaurant, who always had my favorite picante sauce ready and provided exceptional service. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail made us feel truly valued.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. The service, hospitality, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. In fact, our 8-year-old daughter has already said that she wants to return to Luoyangâand stay at the Marriott again.

CCaiseqinyongI came from Xi'an to visit, mainly to see the Yellow River. The hotel was booked here. Overall, it was good, with a large area, good environment, friendly waiters, and considerate of the guests. I would like to praise Xiao Jing, the waiter on our floor, for being responsive. The fruit sent by the hotel was of good quality and delicious. Before leaving, they also sent Dragon Boat Festival sachets. There were also foot bathing facilities in the room. After walking for a day, it was very comfortable to soak. I tried to have breakfast as early as possible. If I was late, many things were gone, and the supplementary meals were not timely. In addition, there was no juice for breakfast, and the equipment was empty.
It is convenient to get on and off the highway here, there is no traffic jam, and it is very suitable for a stopover during a long journey

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to Shaolin Temple. However, it's split into several buildings, which makes getting around quite inconvenient, especially on a rainy, windy, and cold day when you're lugging luggage and trying to get to building #3 with an umbrella. It's really, really inconvenient. You have to walk to building #1 to get in and out, or stand by the roadside in the cold wind waiting for a car. The hygiene was okay, but the room didn't even have a fridge or a smart toilet, which honestly makes it fall short compared to other hotels.

The room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was great, ensuring a very peaceful rest. CChengjiThis stay was such a pleasant surprise! The front desk staff, both the young man and young woman, had sweet smiles and handled our check-in efficiently. They even offered complimentary welcome fruits, which was a lovely touch! They patiently introduced us to nearby attractions and local food spots, helping us plan our itinerary, which was incredibly thoughtful. At check-out, they even helped us call a taxi and brought our luggage to the door. Their service was truly impeccable. The value for money is outstanding! We'll definitely stay here again next time, and I've already recommended it to my friends. Highly, highly recommend!

DDabaozhixiaojiaoziI had an early flight the next morning, so I just booked a hotel randomly, and it turned out to be a real gem! We arrived at the airport around 8 PM. I called the hotel, and within five minutes, the driver called back saying he'd be there shortly. As we were on an international flight with a ton of luggage, a double crib, and two kids, Master Xiao went above and beyond, helping us with all the bags, keeping an eye on the children, and then driving us back to the hotel and even helping us take our luggage upstairs. The next morning, we had to rush for our 6:30 AM flight, and Master Xiao was there again, helping us get all the luggage downstairs. He repeated the whole process, and you could really feel his incredible work ethic and strength đ. The hotel also offered warm white fungus soup, helped us combine beds, and installed bed rails. I honestly think their service is on par with Haidilao! My only regret is that we arrived and left in the dark, so I didn't even get to see what the hotel looked like. đ

Kkassim dakhI stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions, and both were terrible experiences. The heating system does not shut offâthe room turns into an oven, and the entire floor felt overheated. I couldnât sleep at all and had to wake up several times during the night not knowing what to do.
The thermostat doesnât work, so there is no way to control the temperature. During my first stay, the room didnât even have a window; they brought in an external AC and later moved me. On my second stay, the room had a window, but it didnât helpâthe room stayed extremely hot.
After two stays with the same issue, this is clearly a persistent problem. I will not be returning.
