Very nice hotel! Liked it very much! The room was clean and comfortable, the reception was welcoming, breakfast was fine, found nice cozy cafe nearby! Definitely will stay here next time on my business trip again!

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

This lovely hotel is as close as you can get to the Longmen Grottoes! Walk or take the hotel shuttle down the hill, and the river and grottoes are in front of you! Our room had great beds, 2 kinds of pillows (I love the buckwheat pillow, my friend prefers the regular pillow), cool air conditioning (it's hot in July), & excellent, powerful shower with high quality shampoo, etc. Although our Chinese language skills are poor, the staff were patient, helpful, & highly service-oriented, using apps to communicate with us. They explained the finer details of getting tickets to the grottoes & moving around the area. The extensive breakfast buffet was terrific, with a huge range of choices to satisfy all palates--I prefer Chinese breakfast foods, my friend prefers Western style breakfast. Both of us were full and happy, ready to climb all the stairs at the grottoes. It is necessary to mention the dinner restaurant at Dong Shang Hotel. It was excellent. Eggplant=100% fantastic! Cilantro salad=100% wow! I recommend their dinner restaurant even if you are not staying at their hotel.

They have a very excellent service that match with their price. The only bad things is their room come with cigarettes smell as I think is because the old building issue. Anyway overall you can get a best experience. You can get greeting and send luggage service to your room when you start stepping in.

I'd originally booked a few days, but a change in plans immediately after I arrived at the hotel meant I'd have to leave the next morning. When I informed the hotel, the staff were super friendly, supportive and very accommodating. Booking in had been easy, too, and throughout my stay, language was no barrier at all. The next morning, the staff helped me get a taxi to the train station. I'd have loved to stay a few days because--besides the greats ervice--the room was a top notch value. A very sleep-friendly bed, a beautifully designed bath and sink corridor, and a separate shower (if I'd needed it), plus comfortable chairs and a useful desk. In short--a really good room, and at a great price. No question at all: if I'm ever fortunate enough to return to Anyang. I'll be staying here.

❤️帶孩子第二次來銀基玩，孩子還是很開心的！相對於國內的遊玩樂園，三天二晚遊玩銀基性價比還是比較高的。住酒店提前入園，可以不用排隊，入園就可以直接玩酋長之家和想玩的大項目，省錢省事省力！ ❤️感謝冰雪王國裏二樓餐廳的一個小姐姐工作人員，忘了名字，但是態度和服務很好，耐心幫我找孩子，必須誇一下！ ❤️唯一不足，希望得到改進的是：在攜程評價裏看到同樣是淡季出行，別人都免費升級房間了。我也在出行前提前給攜程工作人員聯繫過，但是到酒店卻被告知我在攜程下單的三天二晚套餐是攜程找的旅行社代理，所以無法享受免費升房的會員權益。 ❤️很中肯的評價：攜程工作人員服務態度都很好，也耐心解答，但是希望如果有同一個酒店同一個房型不同會員權益的可以標識一下，這樣避免不必要的誤會。

Me and my parent , 3 person have checked in this hotel for a night. Absolutely very nice place to stay , the front desk and staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is strategic to Longmen Grottoes with 5 - 10 minutes walking distance. I personally enjoyed the Hot Spring very much. Will definitely come again

酒店的歡迎蛋糕很好吃，還有水果和酒水飲料。 從硬件角度作為一個新酒店中西合璧，風格很雅緻。床墊非常舒服，一夜安眠。 前台alex和linda非常友好，作為新酒店有提供空氣凈化器和加濕器，很放心。早晨起晚了錯過了據説很豐盛的早餐，但服務員給打包了麪包和水果路上帶着吃。早飯如果能到10:30就更好了哈哈～ selena小姐姐非常友好，辦理退房的時候一直陪着小朋友玩耍，還很細心地給媽媽準備了益母草暖貼。到達的時候小朋友有畫畫玩具，離開的時候還有好吃的伴手禮，真的是太貼心了！ 好的服務真的讓人有種回家的感覺，下次來開封還會再來住！相信那時候周邊一定會建得更好～ 哦對了，洗衣房非常乾淨！

Everything was great. I hope that hotel staff speak English. That would be great for foreigners like me. The ac did not work in the room. It only worked as a fan.

我退休幾年了，帶上夫人北遊住宿一晚，酒店服務令我感觸頗多而且頗深，因為酒店太用心做事了！ 1. 服務，不僅僅熱情，而且專業、正規，五星評級沒有任何虛的成分。 2. 房間服務，細到，備受關愛。新鮮水果、咖啡茶包、小吃酸奶、手機充電線，一應俱全。細心表現在了細節上：wifi密碼不僅寫在桌牌上，而且粘在房卡上。一次性拖鞋，拆好了擺放在床邊。連調養的山渣茶包也是準備好的。可謂，比賓致如歸這描述還温馨。 3. 酒店後院小景十分別致。晚飯後在酒店後院散步消食，感受用心的是一排芬芳的香樟，不十分努力是很難在這地區茂盛的。塑膠步道兩旁是棕櫚樹、南天竹、四季桂、枇杷樹和草坪，更配有小小的木橋和波光粼粼的小水渠。這些物種茁壯的生成在酒店的院子，太有意義了。我的感覺是酒店設施和服務，超值。 4. 體驗了Room service點餐，價格不貴，菜品合適，服務專業。 5. 離曹魏古城很近，走路不遠，非常熱鬧。 我拍了一些照片放在這裏，可見酒店一斑。
