Hotel 5-Star di Henan, China

Very nice hotel! Liked it very much! The room was clean and comfortable, the reception was welcoming, breakfast was fine, found nice cozy cafe nearby! Definitely will stay here next time on my business trip again!

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

Expensive, perhaps. But we found it worth the money because it is just 5 mins from the river by electric cart and another 15 mins walk to the entrance,(and tickets) to the Longmen Grottoes.There is delicious food with a notable discount making it affordable to mid budget travellers. And there is an amazing full size swimming pool (empty but with lifeguard when we used it) and there are beautiful large rooms and corridors full of art. Only... Don't count on sitting on terrace to watch a multicoloured lazer and light show. This show finished a few years back. Now the evening lights are simply a gentle flow to allow a night walk/visit. And the terrace is tiny, standing only! Finally, while some of the other Chinese guests were clearly wealthy and we were clearly more midrange tourists, the staff dedicated us lots of attention and care with loads of patience (given VPN translation issues)... So highly recommended!

This is the first time I stay at JW I do like this hotel a lot. This is a modern designed Beautiful building, especially customer services is great plus there are many amenity in hotel. I would like to come back again at this hotel if I come visit in China Zhengzhou again.

The services , the rooms , amenities and food were up to high standard...The location is excellent...,can't be faulted.. will highly recommend this excellent hotel...to anyone indeed..

酒店服務 自助入住、領票、退卡流程還行，但房卡分配和行李送房如果能自動化會更好，玩了一天回酒店重新排隊領卡非常讓人不爽。房間裝修和衞生不錯，服務員中規中矩。早餐種類多，但算不上豐盛。 動物王國 園內餐飲全軍覆沒，沒一個值得推薦的，泰哥餐廳靠窗位據説是預留不能去沒懂啥情況，其他餐廳也都一般般，沒有能邊吃飯邊看動物的。遊樂項目普遍排隊半小時、玩就三五分鐘，旋轉木馬、水上競技、洲際飛船這些都不太值，4D影院劇情拉胯，感覺純湊時間。酋長之家和草原探險早上吸引大部分客流，去得早也要排隊一小時以上，但酋長之家體驗很一般，就是大巴車拉着轉十分鐘看獅子、狼、熊。迷失河谷、動物百老匯、生命噴泉秀、奇境森林這幾個還算好玩，但時間也都太短。早上趁大部隊排熱門項目時，其他區域人很少可以隨便玩，11點之後開始上人，體驗就沒那麼好了。

Exceptional service. Beautiful boutique hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Special commendation for Lulu on reception. Well located for visiting Longmen grottoes.

酒店的歡迎蛋糕很好吃，還有水果和酒水飲料。 從硬件角度作為一個新酒店中西合璧，風格很雅緻。床墊非常舒服，一夜安眠。 前台alex和linda非常友好，作為新酒店有提供空氣凈化器和加濕器，很放心。早晨起晚了錯過了據説很豐盛的早餐，但服務員給打包了麪包和水果路上帶着吃。早飯如果能到10:30就更好了哈哈～ selena小姐姐非常友好，辦理退房的時候一直陪着小朋友玩耍，還很細心地給媽媽準備了益母草暖貼。到達的時候小朋友有畫畫玩具，離開的時候還有好吃的伴手禮，真的是太貼心了！ 好的服務真的讓人有種回家的感覺，下次來開封還會再來住！相信那時候周邊一定會建得更好～ 哦對了，洗衣房非常乾淨！

The hotel is new, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to a national holiday but otherwise all good.

我退休幾年了，帶上夫人北遊住宿一晚，酒店服務令我感觸頗多而且頗深，因為酒店太用心做事了！ 1. 服務，不僅僅熱情，而且專業、正規，五星評級沒有任何虛的成分。 2. 房間服務，細到，備受關愛。新鮮水果、咖啡茶包、小吃酸奶、手機充電線，一應俱全。細心表現在了細節上：wifi密碼不僅寫在桌牌上，而且粘在房卡上。一次性拖鞋，拆好了擺放在床邊。連調養的山渣茶包也是準備好的。可謂，比賓致如歸這描述還温馨。 3. 酒店後院小景十分別致。晚飯後在酒店後院散步消食，感受用心的是一排芬芳的香樟，不十分努力是很難在這地區茂盛的。塑膠步道兩旁是棕櫚樹、南天竹、四季桂、枇杷樹和草坪，更配有小小的木橋和波光粼粼的小水渠。這些物種茁壯的生成在酒店的院子，太有意義了。我的感覺是酒店設施和服務，超值。 4. 體驗了Room service點餐，價格不貴，菜品合適，服務專業。 5. 離曹魏古城很近，走路不遠，非常熱鬧。 我拍了一些照片放在這裏，可見酒店一斑。
