I rarely leave reviews, but this time I just had to because the hotel was so exceptional, and I didn't want the hard work of all the staff to go unnoticed. I stayed for four days, and the room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, clean, and beautiful. But beyond the room's comfort, the service truly provided an overwhelming amount of emotional value. 👍 The complimentary pick-up and drop-off service was fantastic. The driver was formally dressed, neat, and proactively helped us with all our luggage. The car was also spotless, and everyone received a wet towel and a bottle of mineral water upon entering. The attention to detail in their service was outstanding. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and diligent. Every day, they offered a free selection of snacks, beverages, ice cream, and tea bags. Whenever we had questions, they answered with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, and even gave us various small gifts, which was a delightful surprise. The housekeeping service was absolutely unparalleled; it made you feel like royalty (like even the emperor would bow to you! 😂). All the housekeeping ladies not only fulfilled every request but also proactively anticipated our needs. For example, when they saw my glasses on the table, a housekeeping attendant proactively brought an eyeglass case. When they noticed we had a lot of clothes, a lady would bring a drying rack. And when they saw our cosmetics scattered on the table, another lady brought two small cosmetic bags to help us organize and carry them more conveniently. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, with a comprehensive selection of Chinese and Western, hot and cold dishes. The restaurant staff would also proactively and randomly ask guests daily, 'How was your rest last night? Do you have any suggestions for improvement?' If they saw a guest carrying too many plates, they would offer to help carry them back to the table. For dishes that took a few minutes to prepare, they would ask for the table number and deliver them. If you didn't want to go downstairs for breakfast, they could even deliver it to your room. The parking attendant was also amazing, helping with parking, moving cars, and safekeeping keys. Whenever you parked, the attendant was always there, truly providing constant assistance. 😂 Across every service, there were so many instances of such proactive service that it truly deserves the highest praise.

This business trip, I stayed at the JW Marriott Zhengzhou, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations – truly a benchmark for high-end hotels in Zhengzhou. The hotel is located in the CBD's 'Big Corn' building, and the 38th-floor sky lobby has a fantastic ambiance. The high-floor rooms offer panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of Ruyi Lake and the city's nightscape. It's especially therapeutic when the lights come on in the evening. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a peaceful rest after a busy day. The bathroom amenities were complete, and all the details were well taken care of. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and smooth. The staff were polite, courteous, and responded to requests promptly and thoughtfully. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, combining local flavors with international cuisine. The location is excellent, making it convenient for both business and leisure activities, including dining and shopping. It's suitable for both business travel and leisure trips. I'll definitely choose this hotel first on my next visit to Zhengzhou. Highly recommended!

My trip to Luoyang was made even better by the Banshan Siji Hot Spring Hotel. It's very close to both the high-speed train station and the Longmen Grottoes. The hotel itself has beautiful landscaping and excellent facilities. The guest rooms are modern and stylish. The butler service was professional and attentive. I stayed for five days and four nights, and enjoyed looking at the lovely courtyard every day. It was a real treat! Next time I visit, I'll definitely choose Banshan Siji Hot Spring Hotel again!

This was my first time in Zhengzhou, specifically to see Zhou Shen's concert. I only stayed one night, but the Jajin Hotel left a deep impression on me. Every staff member was incredibly friendly during check-in, and they even upgraded my room and gave us a complimentary afternoon tea. They promptly provided information about the shuttle bus times and locations, and added us to a WeChat group. They flawlessly organized seven shuttle buses to and from the Olympic Sports Center for hundreds of 'Shengmi' (Zhou Shen's fans) – not a single person was left behind! A big thank you to the entire concert service team: Wang Youxing, Fu Wei, Yin Junpeng, Shang Jianghao, Lü Keying, Liu Jian, Liu Chengyu, and Wang Huibin! And of course, all the staff who assisted me during my stay. My first trip to Henan was absolutely perfect!

Staying at the Luoyang Marriott for my trip to Luoyang was a really good experience overall. The hotel's location is excellent, situated in the Luolong New District, not far from the subway station, and right next to Quanshun Shopping Mall, which is super convenient for dining and shopping. Taking a taxi to the Longmen Grottoes and Longmen High-Speed Railway Station isn't far either, making getting around very hassle-free. The front desk staff were very friendly and checked me in quickly. They were patient in answering my questions about local attractions and were happy to help with any small requests. The concierge team was also very reliable, proactive in helping with luggage, and even shared some great local tips for exploring, which was really helpful. I didn't use the hotel breakfast this time, but I did try the Chinese restaurant in the evening. The food quality was excellent; both the Henan cuisine and Luoyang Water Feast were very authentic. The private dining rooms were quiet and elegant, perfect for a small gathering with friends. My room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a restful night's sleep without disturbances. The hotel's facilities are well-maintained, and the service was impeccable. While the price is a bit on the higher side, it's definitely worth it for the quality. I had a very pleasant stay, and I'll definitely consider this hotel first when I visit Luoyang again. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to the area.

After visiting several cities in Henan, this is the best value-for-money hotel. It's a listed 5-star property, and they proactively communicate with guests about their accommodation needs. The hotel has a restaurant that caters to all three meals, and the food is quite delicious. The rooms are spacious and come with an independent balcony, offering a beautiful night view. I'll definitely be back.

A Perfect Stay – Truly Exceptional in Every Way! From the moment we arrived, our experience at Huanghe yingbinguan was nothing short of extraordinary. The room was beautifully appointed—spotless and thoughtfully designed with every comfort in mind. Plush bedding, a stunning view, and amenities made it feel like a true home away from home. Housekeeping maintained everything to the highest standard each day. What really sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. From the personalized welcome note to the turn-down service, every touch made us feel genuinely valued. The concierge team was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us plan our excursions and restaurant reservations. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was a highlight—Breakfasts were abundant and delicious, with a variety of options to suit every taste. Great breakfast !!! The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, the free golf car transportation offering easy access to nearby attractions while still feeling like a tranquil retreat. We’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, but Huanghe Guest hotel stands out as one of the very best. It’s the rare kind of place that leaves you planning your return before you’ve even checked out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, beauty and quite place to stay on vacation.

The hotel is very close to Shaolin Temple. However, it's split into several buildings, which makes getting around quite inconvenient, especially on a rainy, windy, and cold day when you're lugging luggage and trying to get to building #3 with an umbrella. It's really, really inconvenient. You have to walk to building #1 to get in and out, or stand by the roadside in the cold wind waiting for a car. The hygiene was okay, but the room didn't even have a fridge or a smart toilet, which honestly makes it fall short compared to other hotels.

I would highly recommend this hotel if you're planning to watch the ”Only Henan (只有河南·戏剧幻城)” show over two days. The hotel is just a 5–10 minute walk from the venue and also provides a shuttle bus service throughout the day, making it extremely convenient. One nice touch is that the hotel embraces the theme of the show. The lobby regularly plays the show's theme song, which helps extend the immersive experience even after you've left the theatre. The lobby and guest rooms are tastefully designed, modern, and appear relatively new. The overall ambiance feels premium and well thought out. The main downside is the price. The hotel is definitely on the expensive side, and in hindsight, I might consider staying a little further away to save on accommodation costs, especially if budget is a concern. Breakfast was decent, with a sufficient variety of options and satisfactory taste. Nothing particularly memorable, but no complaints either. The hotel also offers complimentary porridge every night. Unfortunately, this was quite underwhelming during my visit. They only served plain porridge, and it was completely gone within about 30 minutes. I'm not sure if it was restocked later, but it didn't feel like much of a benefit. Overall, a comfortable and well-designed hotel that excels in convenience and atmosphere, particularly for visitors attending the Only Henan show.

The overall environment is pretty good, and the breakfast at 68 is reasonably priced. The room had water and 4 complimentary drinks. The room itself was quite nice, and the staff were friendly. However, because the hotel is so large, finding the elevators was confusing. The map provided wasn't very clear. There should be more recognizable signs on the walls indicating room numbers and elevator directions. A concerning incident was when I couldn't find an elevator after walking around for a long time, so I decided to take the stairs down. To my surprise, the door on the first floor was locked. I had to go back up to the second floor to find an elevator. For safety, how can the bottom door of a fire escape be locked?
