welcomed with carrying our own luggage up hill without any assistance or support offered,once entered the room,the entire window for its promoted jungle view was covered in dirt,paint drips and full of previous guest body prints including infant feets etc,bathroom and all mirrors were not cleaned for a long time and full of dirt which was never checked before we entered this horrendous accomodation.after reporting it the housekeeping supervisor came with a dry cloth to check our complain and even suggested it was outside of the glass (which hung over a 20 meter drop) tiles on entree were broken off and even roomservice was served in a dirty crate,breakfast and front office never welcomed or greeted and all breakfasst equipment was neevr been maintained neither sanitized properly while staff is playing on their phone and show 0 care,passion or interest in their guest. You would imagine especially during covid hygiene would be a even more intensive area of attention to give guest a feeling of safety and hygiene, which are nowhere to be found here,and staff once shared our feedback show 0 care or interest to solve the discomfort,managment and owner should be investigated when asking such prices and cant even provide a clean room, luggage service,a basic standard quality bnreakfast or even the famous Thai way is not found here, make sure NOT to visit this place, worst experience of my life ,even worked in hospitality myself #HORRIBLE #DIRTY #UNPLEASANT SERVICE ATTITUDE
