Ulasan Platinum Ritz Hotel

The hotel room was more like an air bnb. Very spacious. Clean and gorgeous ocean view. The only downside is that it is quite a few kms away from riyuewan and the traffic between the two places is a headache because there's only one lane going to and from the island that the hotel is on

Lovely location with a great view. Bigger than expected with a lovely balcony. Basically a self catering apar**ent but nothing you could use to prepare food with in the kitchen. The bins were emptied and toiletries topped up during our stay but beds were not made and it wasn't cleaned which is a shame considering how much sand you obviously bring back each day! I found the bed really uncomfortable but it was probably your typical mattress here.

Room is very nice. Restaurant is limited and a little expensive.

*This is NOT a hotel!* Maybe we should have checked the available information more clearly, but from what we saw we believed we had booked a hotel room. Actually this place is more like holiday apar**ents in a high rise building quite far away from anywhere. The pros: Rooms are clean and big, there is a huge balcony and a kitchen (for who might need one). It is quiet and the beds are comfortable, we slept well. The cons: The whole compound is situated on a small artificial island, access only via a bridge where most of the times you have a long traffic jam because of paying the parking fee when leaving, or scanning health codes when entering. From the front desk to the main building it's again a 10min walk. You could drive by car, but there are no parking lots available - parking on the road is free, that is IF you find a free spot. Breakfast is a joke. You receive a 25yuan coupon that can be used to buy some noodles at the reception. There are basically two choices of noodles, that's it. It's edible but far from delicious. There are quite a few good places to have breakfast at the main bar street in town...which is a good 45min walk away. You could rent an electric scooter (80yuan per day) but only starting from the bridge connecting to the mainland. It is not allowed to bring the bike into the compound. Which means more inconvenience again. All in all, if you are looking for a reasonably priced place to stay, especially for larger groups needing much space, and if you are willing to accept the inconveniences of basically no service and long long walk ways to wherever you go: this is the place to be. For us, we decided to move to another place and read the comment section more carefully next time.

great apar**ent with nice view and facilities just let down by the parkibg and strange entry exit for cars on the island, better to rent a scooter!

The rooms are true to the pictures, they are clean and practical. The complex is partially built and the pools are not usable. It is a bit disappointing but overall the value for money is good.

Great hotel room in an awesome environment. Not much to do on the island during the time we stayed but across the bridge there is plenty of cool stuff to do and see. Fun time, really enjoyed it and very pleasant place to stay

Good location, clean, spacious apar**ents, and really helpful staff. The location is on the island overlooking Riyue Bay. The views are great looking out over the bay. It’s a few minutes walk to the beach to swim or surf or you can get an e-bike no hassle. The staff were very helpful with everything I could have asked for. They went out of their way to assist a non-Chinese speaking traveller and moved my room for a different view when it was possible. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back again.

It’s good for Service apar**ent! I think thy can have things to cook at the kitchen

Kind of an Erie place, next to surfing spot and local village. Waterfall a few km away.

酒店環境很好，大陽台可以直接看到海，很衞生裝修也很不錯，空間很大。酒店服務也很好，可以直接推薦沖浪、遊艇出海等娛樂項目，整體體驗都非好棒，下次再來日月灣，還會選擇這家酒店。 雖然要過橋上島，但是環境風景都很棒。酒店樓下就有很多小吃和租小電動車的。這次是跟閨蜜來玩都沒駕照，租個小電車很方便，五分鐘不到就可以開到沖浪海邊。

房間很差 陽台玻璃都破了兩個房間的房型，一個房間是連着陽台的 然後一個房間在很陰暗的背面房間。反饋説和預訂圖片完全不一樣，最後勉強換了一個房間，換完過去了之後，房間裏很臭，就是拖地的那個水特別醜 然後又叫酒店來重新拖了個地 空調開了很久 晚上我們才回去睡 前面兩張是網上的房間，後面是實拍

房間整個格局還是挺不錯的，整個給人一種整潔乾淨的感覺，進門就能看到寬敞明亮的大陽台，狠狠戳中女孩子的心好吧！在酒店拍照都能出片那種！陽台直接就能看到一大片海！然後就是整個店家小哥哥服務特別周到，有什麼事直接給小哥哥説一聲立馬就能給你解決了，推薦小情侶或者朋友出遊可以住這！整體給人感覺很温馨🥰
