There is no dampness. It is convenient to park. There is a private parking space at the door. The hotel also has a private beach, which is very beautiful. The hotel is very considerate. Breakfast is delivered to the living room every morning, and you can have breakfast as soon as you open your eyes. The hotel has a superior geographical location, beautiful environment, convenient transportation, and many delicious foods around. Butler Pei Xuan and Butler Li Wang have a particularly good service attitude. If there is a problem, it will be solved in time. The actual hotel is better than the photo. We played hide-and-seek in the 3,300-square-meter hotel. The experience is great and the cost-effectiveness is high. 👍🏻 I will come again next time. I love staying here"

"This guesthouse has a fantastic design with an exotic feel. The atmosphere is incredibly comfortable and relaxing. Our room had a lovely little courtyard, offering a great and beautiful space. The toiletries were all eco-friendly, and the furniture and decor were simple yet exquisite. The front desk staff was super helpful, providing very detailed guides and recommendations, which is perfect for first-time visitors to Shimei Bay. I really love this kind of vacation guesthouse and will definitely choose it again next time I'm in Shimei Bay."

"The hotel is located inside a residential complex. We stayed for two days, initially booking one night but extending because we had a child and didn't want the hassle. After check-in, no one cleaned the house, and we had to get our own drinking water from the owner. The disposable towels and toiletries weren't replaced; we used the same ones from the first day. The most ridiculous thing was that all the gates in the complex required a card to enter! The owner didn't give us any cards, so we only remembered we should get one when we reached the gate, and we were too lazy to go back. The security guard could open the gates, but there was only one gate with a guard! The only advantage was that it was relatively quiet!"

"This stay truly exceeded my expectations. After booking, customer service contacted me and created a concierge group. The concierges were all incredibly nice. As it was our first time in Hainan, we had many questions for them in the group, and they all responded with great patience. Upon arrival, the concierge was already waiting for us at the designated spot, explained all the villa's details clearly, and was always responsive to our questions in the group. The room facilities were excellent, and the pool was crystal clear with a good circulation system, which the kids absolutely loved. The place was also very clean. The living room had a kitchen, so we bought seafood to cook ourselves, which was great value for money. The environment here is very quiet and comfortable, and it's very close to the beach. We had a wonderful time, and most importantly, the service was truly exceptional. Thumbs up!"
