This hotel has a lot of potential. I also like that it has 3 adult appropriate rooms. The location is fantastic and the view is spectacular!
The downside is that many things were broken such as the WiFi. The remote control didn't have any batteries.
The projector is great, but only half of it is set to the screen, which can be adjusted of course, it's just that you'd think that things things are checked when people leave the hotel when cleaning up.
Shelves and cupboards were rotten or damaged.
Floors, kitchen, cooking utensils were filthy.
The bedding, towels and glasses were clean.
I liked the chairs and table outside compared to the surrounding hotels.
Customer service is really bad. Though theale technician is friendly and kind.
I took photos as soon as I arrived to alert the customer service so that I am not penalised for damages that were already there.
Instead of helping to solve the problem such as the missing batteries and physically broken WiFi, the customer service lady responded with a disgusting and arrogant reply: "if youre not satisfied then I can book you out if the hotel for free."
I booked the second most expensive room available and wanted to show my family how wonderful China is. So many problems, with terrible customer support.
While I feel the hotel has lots of potential because of the location, they really need to tend to simple things like fix the broken or damaged things.
Mop the floors once in a while.
Train customer support staff to be polite and helpful as I haven't encountered such bad support even in China.
