This establishment sells you a room with “breakfast included”. There is no breakfast: just coffee with no milk, hot water with no tea bags and just a few wrapped deshydrated muffins.

For an inexpensive option, this hotel had extremely comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Best less than $100 stay I've had in 15 years.

The security doors where left open the rooms where not really clean. There was a homeless guy going thru the ashtray then walk in the unlocked door and was taking all the food from the breakfast bar. You could smell people smoking in the rooms.

Never came in the room to make the bed Didn’t need new sheets but a new bathroom refresher would help. Could tell they didn’t check the room because towels were still in bath tub

Place is in a serious need of an upgrade. Furniture is worn, drapes are old and westher checked from the sun.

Price is ok for the quality. However, this motel is very near from high way 87. Therefore, it is noisy in the night and difficult to sleep.
