Getting hold of this hotel is nothing short of a nightmare. They outright ignore emails, ignore social media and couldn't be bothered to answer their phones either. It's 3 weeks after the review below was posted on Google. I have now found unexplained credit card charges on my account. I sent 3 emails a week ago asking for clarification - and you guessed it, no response. Phoning results in the same issue, no answers. How do you run a hotel where your phones have not been working for almost 2 months - and cannot be bothered to respond to customers in a timely manner? Seems the only way to resolve this is by having to issue a chargeback with my bank. ”Probably the worst service from a hotel I have ever experienced, and being an ”Ibis” brand they should be ashamed of themselves. For more than a week we tried to get into contact with this hotel to no avail. They ignore emails, don't answer their telephones and don't respond to social media. To make matters worse, even the main Ibis call center could not get through despite multiple attempts to contact their own hotel. I eventually did come right by hunting down an alternative telephone number - only for the person who answered to put the phone down on me as they could not speak English. Julia Białobrzewska who supposedly manages the hotel will comment on Facebook, but is quick to block you if you send her a message asking for assistance. Ibis need to be ashamed - good luck if you have an emergency/get lost/need to confirm something with the hotel as you will not be able to get through to anyone leaving you completely stranded....”

Everything about the hotel is very average. The room was fine, the shower was OK, not much water pressure however. We booked a 3 person room and the second bed was a pretty uncomfortable fold out sofa bed. It was hard with a metal bar sticking in my back, so only suitable for very heavy sleepers. The ”substantial” breakfast was large, however all the food was of the cheapest quality. The espresso machine was a joke, a brown water mix that had no coffee feel to it and the grapefruit juice was only notionally grapefruit. Still, that being said, the breakfast overall was OK. The staff were professionally friendly, but not very genuine. The kitchen staff were less friendly, but I think they could not speak Polish or English. The hotel decor hasn't changed in 15 years and there is very little to see or do in the immediate vicinity, so not ideal for a tourist trip. All in all it was nothing special. Adequate if you get a discount, otherwise other hotels of a similar price range may be better.

The hotel will help book a car to take you to the airport, and the hotel will pay for it. This is very nice and friendly policy! If you want to go to the airport conveniently, it will be a good choice.

Don't make a mistake I made and don't stay at this hotel; I have experienced truly spartan conditions for £61 per night. The basic room here is more basic than a hostel in Cambodia; for this price you get a microscopic room where you feel you might suffocate at any minute; a bathroom has glass features all over so you can be seen from across the street while you are taking a shower. There is no kettle, no tea or coffee, no tissue, no fridge, no glass to use for your own drink that you may have brought from the shop. Reception staff were cold and formal with no pleasantries whatsoever. I am appalled how a hotel can charge the above amount for literally nothing other than a bed. This is my fourth time in Warsaw and all previous accommodations were brilliant; I can honestly say, this hotel is beyond awful;

На стойке регистрации отеля работает очень милая молодежь, все пытаются помочь. Номера довольно большие по площади. Понравилось дизайнерское решение с картинами на потолке в номерах. Вопреки стараниям персонала на ресепшн, сразу видно, что с менеджментом в отеле мрак. Работа сотрудников организована отвратительно. Я почти каждый день по несколько раз спускался вниз на ресепшн с просьбами убрать комната, их записывали и не выполняли. Неужели так сложно убирать номер ежедневно, как обещано в описании отеля? На черных полках в прихожей пыль видна невооруженным взглядом. За 4 ночи убрали 1 раз после моей очень настоятельной просьбы. Неужели так сложно пополнять запасы фильтрованной воды в номере ежедневно? Сотрудникам ресепшн (а они лапочки) приходилось лично носить воду в номер вместо персонала Food&Beverages и Cleaning. Чем занимается уборщица — неясно. При этом в день Check-Out она 3-4 раза открыла дверь в мой номер до расчетного часа, как бы намекая, что мне пора его освобождать и она должна убраться. Завтраки недешевые (45 PLN), при этом скромные и ассортимент небольшой: йогурт, масло, 3 вида хлеба, ветчина, 2 вида сыра, колбасная нарезка, сосиски, омлет, апельсиновый и яблочный сок, чай, кофе, вода, выпечка, нарезка апельсина, ананаса, дыни (или папайи), грейпфрукта, финики и семечки подсолнечника, томаты, огурцы. Когда читаешь этот перечень, может показаться, что выбор большой, на деле за сопоставимую цену других гостиницах города завтраки поинтереснее. Дизайн отеля в стиле Loft — очень на ценителя. Фото в интернете не совсем передают. Номера даже при включении всего освещения очень мрачные, брутальные, света не хватает, особенно в прихожей, а из решетки выключенного кондиционера исходит странный гул, комната хоть и просторная, но очень неуютная.
