Clean and great service. Staff promptly reponse to a request. Walking distance from MRT Line 2 Yangjiawan station exit D. Big Community mall(F- Park) in the opposite, with many restaurants. There is also Wallmart.

The front desk employees are friendly and welcoming, they gave me some gifts at checkout and it it really sweet! Could be a bit noisy at night but just fine. Customer service is amazing!

The hotel environment and sanitation are good, the service is very good, there is a laundry room with dryer, it is very close to the subway station, and the surrounding facilities are also convenient. The hotel cleaning staff is very enthusiastic, and I will choose Yaduo again when I come to Wuhan next time.

The worst experience I've ever had at Yaduo. Upon check-in, I discovered my phone was broken, affecting my delivery. I told the front desk directly, and they said they'd arrange for an engineer, but they didn't arrange anything until I checked out. I called the front desk multiple times, and they said they didn't want to bother me, so they didn't arrange anything. The manager said they thought the phone was fixed? Can a phone fix itself? They thought? They couldn't verify it, and even if they had even a little sense of responsibility, they wouldn't say such things. The delivery guy knew I couldn't receive the food, but he kept lying, sometimes saying it was delivered manually, sometimes saying it was delivered by a robot. I still had to call and ask multiple times. If they had a little sense of responsibility, they would have called to ask if I received it and if the problem had been resolved. Even after I repeatedly asked to speak to a supervisor, the front desk kept saying it had been delivered. The supervisor is so arrogant. The front desk has no sense of responsibility or service awareness. I've already complained to external supervisors and will continue to complain.

On the day of check-in, the member's check-out time was coordinated at 18:00 pm, but on the day of check-out, he called to inform him that the latest time was 16:00. I handled the check-out issue privately without notifying the check-in person. I called later to ask why and said that I didn't make a note of this matter that day. The front desk business ability is too poor and the check-in experience is extremely poor!
