Hotel berhampiran Sala zabaw Wilanów - Hop&Pop, Warsaw

Perfect one bedroom apartment. Clean with a big windows, small but comfortable beds. Nice big bathroom and spacious hallway with plenty of clothes space. Kitchen equip with all necessary gadgets to prepare meals. A love the aria to take a walk or go grocery shopping and few restaurants.

Wróciłem w niedzielę (06-06-21) z ”Klubu Sosnowego”, gdzie z żoną spędziłem kilka udanych dni odpoczynku w bajkowym lesie i zadbanym hotelu o specyficznej nazwie. Największe plusy ”dodatnie” to: 1. Załoga, z przemiłym, przystojnym znawcą kuchni i win włoskich, Panem Marcinem! 2. Kuchnia (rewelacyjna pizza i odlotowy tort bezowy) 3. Karta win 4. Przystosowanie obiektów hotelowych do szerokiej oferty usług 5. Architektura budynku centralnego 6. Żywiczny mikroklimat otoczenia 7. Fajny kryty basen Niewielki plus ”ujemny” : ślamazarna winda Tytuł mojej opinii, jest wynikiem szoku krajobrazowego jakiego doznałem po przekroczeniu (trochę zakamuflowane) bramy wjazdowej, prowadzącej w baśniowy świat, gdzie rozglądałem się (bez powodzenia) za krasnoludkami.

I had a reservation done on 07.07.2022 for the night of 08.07.2022, but on 30.06.2022 I have received an email from V Hotel informing me that the reservation was canceled, and no other details. After a fast investigation, I came to the conclusion that it was canceled because of a failed attempt of payment on 30.06.2022, due to an insufficient balance on my Revolut account. A couple of hours after getting the email (around 17:00), I called the hotel to understand what was the possibilities of recovering the booking as I added enough funds on my Revolut account. I was told by the receptionist that probably it was possible, however the manager was not in the hotel, he had no idea on how to do it and that I would get a phone call one the manager would be on the hotel. I've waited until the next day, but got no call. I decided to call on the next morning (09:40) and another receptionist told me that the manager would be arriving in 20 minutes, and they would call me when that would happen. I waited 4 hours and had no contact whatsoever. So, I decided to call them again (at 13:30). I was greeted by another receptionist, that simply suggested that I would create another booking. Which I replied that I would like to have the old booking back has now the price would be much higher. Then I was told that no other rooms were available on the hotel, contradicting the previous suggestion. After showing my disappointment for the lack of flexibility and effort to try to solve the issue in good terms, I was told once again that they would call me when the manager would come back. I asked when that would be and I was told that it would be on 05.07 or 06.07 (so I would be waiting for a reply until 2 days before the date of check in - assuming that they would call me). Obviously, I refused that since I would have to start looking for another hotel room right away. In the end of the call, I asked for the name of the person to which I was talking to and in return the receptionist hanged the phone on me (I was never rude or indelicate). Prime example of professionalism! To consider that 08.07 is the day of a concert of Coldplay in Warsaw and the demand for hotel rooms is very high for that day, and the hotel canceled my reservation on the first try to get the payment, in order to get another booking that would give them more money. In result, I lost my reservation and had to book a much more expensive hotel room elsewhere. My main complaints here are: - I only got one email, without any details on why the reservation was canceled; - There was no attempt to contact me over the phone in order to proceed with the payment on a different way; - The attempts of just make wait for their call until I would forget or give up; - The utterly unprofessional atitude of the last receptionist with whom I spoke, that didn't do any effort to solve the issue, gave me contradictory information and hang up the phone in my face. Так уж сложились обстоятельства, что отель стал на 3 месяца нашим домом и мы семьей безумно благодарны всему персоналу отеля за спокойствие, гуманность, прием и радушие! Мы принесли вам немало хлопот и хаоса своим визитом с Украины (февраль и март были особенными для нас месяцами), мы это знаем и осознаем. Руководство отеля и весь персонал стали нам близкими людьми🙏🙏🙏. Благодарим вас за заботу и внимание, за чистые номера и чистые постели, за вкусную и разнообразную еду, знаем, что вы для нас очень старались, чего только стоит Пасха и украинские блюда на Рождество💙💛, мы этого никогда не забудем! Благодарим за наших детей, за терпение и заботу, за детскую комнату с игрушками и внимание к нашим детям! Рекомендую отель, теперь я знаю, где остановлюсь в Варшаве с семьёй, во время моего туристического визита🙌

Hotel is in quiet street, with good public transportation to city center. We had so called Superior room, it was very clean, with comfortable bed and good bathroom. Soap and shampoo in refillable bottles, ok towels (could be nicer). None soap bars or lotions. Little fridge (ours barely worked), microwave, tea kettle, no coffee maker. Tea bags and instant coffee in the room as well as basic dishes. Water bottles in the room as well. AC works great. Very good breakfast, staff overseeing breakfast room does not like to smile but cleans tables efficiently and quickly. We wish there was access to NETFLIX (using our own account), TV service is very poor, not much beyond bunch of TVP channels, Polsat, basic TVN - No TVN 24. Not much to do in hotel at night since there is no restaurant or bar and again TV programing is poor. I am not sure if I would choose this hotel again because of tv choices and maybe lack of restaurant.

Overall was great! Although we requested a room change because they did some drilling work on the floor that we are staying and early in the morning you cannot rest because of the noise. We went down to the reception and requested to be transferred to a mire quiet room.

Elevator closed slowly and that’s about all which was negative. Everything else is fine.

Absolutely exceptional! Excellent staff members! Great breakfast options and perfect location!
