Hotel 4 bintang Warsaw

The hotel is just perfect. Located close to main roads, easy to reach by car. There are enough parking places, even underground parking provided (paying). Team is very friendly, even in the bar (lady spoke only Polish). Got a room upgrade to a big suite which was big, stylish with comfy bed (sofa bed was also good enough). Glasses triple glazed, no noise at all! Good selection for breakfast, with good quality. Best porridge I ever had in Poland. Train and bus stops next to hotel, city can be reached in 20 minutes.

Komunia 2020 w Hotelu LORD. Jedzenie OK, wystrój sali OK. Jednakże mimo ustalonego wcześniej z menadżerką hotelu menu podano sałatkę z zestawu tańszego mimo że zakupione zostało menu droższe. Ponadto osoba obsługująca imprezę podała dzieciom nie tę zupę, która była ustalona wcześniej (dopiero po zwróceniu uwagi przyniosła reszcie dzieci właściwą zupę). W połowie przyjęcia osoba obsługująca podchodziła do gości bez maseczki!!!! Po zakończeniu przyjęcia policzono za parking inną kwotę niż była ustalona za samochody (próbowałam to wyjaśnić w recepcji ale Pani stwierdziła że nie wie, o której godzinie samochody wjechały, mimo że przy wjeździe pobiera się bilet parkingowy dlatego nie może mi policzyć tyle ile było ustalone w umowie przyjęcia (dodam że w umowie stawka za parking była dzienna a nie godzinowa.....) Kolejny minus - za opłaty za alkohol. Z Panią menadżer od eventów ustalone były kwoty za wniesiony na przyjęcie alkohol, przy rozliczeniu Pan Kierownik zaczął liczyć również butelki win bezalkoholowych (które wcześniej miałam ustalone z Panią menadżer jako niepłatne) i gdy zwróciłam na to uwagę Kierownikowi to stwierdził że Pani menadżer nie zna się na tym i nie powinna tak ustalać. Mnie jako klienta nie powinny obchodzić wewnętrzne potyczki pracowników hotelu, nie wygląda to profesjonalnie. Podsumowując - więcej minusów niż plusów. W planach miałam zrobienie kolejnej imprezy rodzinnej w tym hotelu ale po przyjęciu komunijnym stwierdzam że było za dużo odstępstw od ustaleń i prób naciągnięcia mnie na dodatkowe koszty:( Szkoda bo spodziewałam się więcej po 4gwiazdkowym hotelu, a przynajmniej po jego obsłudze (oprócz kucharza ,który spisał się na medal).

The hotel is close to the airport and the price is very reasonable. The only problem is that there is no direct bus or shuttle bus to the airport which means it will take you about 20 min to get to the airport. Others are very satisfactory.

Everything was great, especially the amenities with many restaurants, bars, a spa, a gym... I have however to mention that the trainee receptionist who checked me out was not particularly friendly. She told me I could not use the gym after checking out. This is very surprising in an airport hotel - far from the city - where many people will have to wait for their afternoon or evening flight long after checking out. Thankfully I asked again to another staff in the afternoon, who was more than happy to give me access to the gym. I would therefore recommend that the trainee in question improves her hospitality skills.

공항에서 택시로 5~10분 거리. 사전에 문의했더니 ELE택시를 타고 호텔에서 요금 지불할 거라 얘기하라고 해서 했더니 호텔에서 택시비 내줬다. 마찬가지로 공항 갈 때도 불러주고 무료로 이용. 아침 식사도 굉장히 좋았다. 근데 객실에 있는 컵에 립스틱 자국 남아있고 머리카락도 두어개 붙어있어서..기분 나빠서 전혀 사용 안 했다. 청결 면에서는 좀 부족함.

The hotel is extremely convenient, located right by the departure gate of the Chopin airport in Warsaw. The hotel itself is elegant and comfortable. The king room has a very convenient space distribution and is equipped with a great selection on the TV, you can play Netflix and YouTube as well as other tv stations. The breakfast buffet has a great selection and quality. However, the room does not have toothpaste or toothbrushes, nor hairbrush. So just be aware and prepared. The foot rest was stained a bit and there were some blond hairs on the chair. The front desk is kind and helpful.

First of all the hotel look fresh nd modern but they are very dirty plus air condition os very cold and if being using the room.become freezer. The pillow are super big and the next day you will have a pain in neck. The cleaners never change the bed even if you stay for long time and they do not hover just they change the towels every day. Another thing is they do not let russian people in !!!! And I could not understand why they do that !!

Very nice new and clean hotel, not far from the airport nor the city center. Reception girls could speak English and always smiled. Were very helpful with each request that I had. The restaurant downstairs is also good. Will definitely be back again! 🌷🌷🌷🌷 The only thing that I'd like them to get improved is the size of their dishes in restaurant. They are too tiny, so you cant get full even if you order 2. Otherwise the food is very tasty! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
