The room was very comfortable, quiet, it was also a very clean and tidy room with Tea and Coffee facilities. I can't think of anything that spoiled my stay, although, being Coeliac, I was concerned about cross contamination at the breakfast bar so it's a bit of a leap of faith, (as it is at sooooo many places, otherwise all good.

Awful experience, due to no parking available, and had to risk parking on double yellows. Staff told us they were fully booked which then panicked us as we started looking for other hotels then after 30 minutes of them telling us they may have a room they gave us one we hadn’t booked.

Great room, good bed, quiet,cleanliness in room. Car park good. Bad : Dirty lift. Only one bath towel in the room and when we went and asked for a second one they gave us 4 hand towels 🤣. No de caf tea bags and when I asked they said we hadn't been able to source any for 4 months! (This is in Warwick!)🤣 We went for a drink it the bar/lounge area - no staff around and no lights on! People were sitting in the dark🤣. Breakfast was good, but the chair seats need a deep clean - I didn't really want to sit on them.

This place is awful. They need more staff. Not run out of glasses in the bar. Not run out of gas in the bar so there are not draught drinks or coke etc. When we order food, actually bring the right food out. When someone complains about not getting their food and then being told they will sort it, actually sort it and not go home. Not be rude to guests. Don't close the bar early when its supposed to be open until midnight. Don't get told you can't eat dinner there unless you have bought the meal deal. Actually give steak knives and spoons to guests when they ask and not just walk off and not come back. Actually train your staff. Do not put someone who has worked there 2 weeks in charge. I'm never coming back to this hotel

Thought I'd leave this after our stay and seeing some negative reviews beforehand. We had a great time! Stayed with my 8 year old son so we could visit the castle and stay inexpensively! We were met at Reception, checked in fine. Asked about dinner, which we hadn't booked and they said we could - actually ended up getting takeaway on the first night. Good night's sleep, room was fine, breakfast great and had dinner oc the 2nd night. Just what you'd expect from any other Premier inn. Friendly lady at breakfast the next morning and all staff helpful. About a 1/2 hour walk to the castle. Or about £6/7 uber. There are buses too.

Stayed here on 18/10 after visiting the NEC motorhome show Double room booked which was spacious and very comfortable no road noise Location is a little remote though Booking said parking would be validated with no charge however, we were instructed by reception that we had to pay £3 using the outside machine this fee is nothing more than squeezing out more money from customers Really poor Now the breakfast 😱😡 when we arrived at 0900 they had run out of breakfast and were informing guests they would have to cone back in 20/30 minutes how can an organisation like the premier inn be unable to make basic planning for breakfasting guests? We had to wait around 40 minutes for the bacon, mushrooms, hashbrowns and eggs to be ready Pretty unacceptable i would say I did complain to the duty manager and managed to secure a refund However, nothing in our accounts yet and i think i'll be chasing them early next week Many other customers also complained: some more loudly than others Come on premier inn - het rid of the paid parking (you make enough money) and plan smartly for the number of guests versus the number of breakfasts: its not that difficult
