老酒店，但兩張大床的套房真是非常舒服，有寬敞的客廳、書桌區、餐廳空間、陽台、玄關區，有可以出去的環繞陽台，可以想象幾十年前好酒店的形式感。戶外泳池在夏天很可愛。位置很棒！離動物園和非常幽靜美麗的Rock Creek Park 很近，Woodley Park一帶也有眾多餐廳，距離地鐵站走路5-10分鐘。性價比不錯！服務一般，不同班次的前台人員之間似乎彼此交班不夠通暢。中途給我們換了一個單床套房，房間小很多，沙發床的床墊實在有點爛沒法睡，有些太舊的傢具請及時更新一下吧！

Been here for three nights: definitely one of the best hostels I've ever seen: very clean, lot of free amenities, big lockers, nice staff, cool neighbourhood and on Thursday evening they even offer free beers. I'd say the only downside is that is not too close to the city center, but there are a few bus stops nearby so getting there is not complicated either. If I'm back in Washington, I'll come here.

Memang cantik... tapi TV. Ia tidak berfungsi & apabila saya meminta bantuan kakitangan tidak tahu apa yang perlu dilakukan. Saya berkata lupakan sahaja selepas 20 minit pertukaran tentang sama ada saya mematikan dan menghidupkannya atau tidak. 🥲 Saya benar-benar terjebak menonton barat hitam dan putih 😑. Yang akan menjadi hebat jika saya adalah datuk saya. Juga, entah apa jenis percakapan manis yang dilakukan teman lelaki saya atau jika wanita muda itu menganggap kerana dia seorang lelaki atau apa tetapi entah bagaimana dia berjaya mendaftar masuk awal dengan maklumat saya! Yang comel dalam filem tetapi dalam kehidupan sebenar bagaimana jika dia seorang stalker! Saya sangat kecewa sehingga tiada siapa yang menelefon untuk bertanya sama ada saya mempunyai orang lain dalam tempahan! Dia melangkah keluar untuk meminta keretanya diberi valet supaya dia tidak mempunyai peluang untuk memberitahu saya. Saya tiba di sana dan diberitahu seseorang telah mendaftar masuk untuk saya! Wanita muda itu meminta maaf yang bagus tetapi ia tidak mengurangkan hakikat bahawa dia membuat keputusan yang jahil dan berbahaya. Seperti yang saya katakan tempat yang comel hanya sedikit underwhelming sejauh kemudahan pergi. Ulasan saya adalah terutamanya mengenai TV & respons yang kurang memuaskan yang diberikan kepada saya mengenainya.

拿到標間，因為水龍頭壞了給我升級到7樓的房間，似乎房型沒有什麼大的不同，但是有免費的飲料和袋裝點心讓你隨意享用。這種對人的信任，讓我感慨萬千。酒店附近就有33號公交車，行駛在市中心主要幹道，能直接坐到白宮前，2美元/人 不管坐多少站。所以地點好，旁邊都是使館，沿路邊走邊看也非常舒服。

The hotel is huge and one of the more affordable one around DC. The aircon in the room is a little noisy but the operation guy came and says that’s the way it is. I asked for kettle to boil water and it came quite quickly though. There’s a usd20 surcharge per room per night but you can offset by meals in the hotel. The front desk also provides bottled water FOC upon request. Overall an ok stay.

This was my first stay in a capsule. I admit that I thought one would enter from the side instead of the end, not that this seemed to be a problem. I like the idea of being ensconced in a cocoon but I realise this isn’t for everyone. In dorm room situations I always prefer a lower bunk, the upper bunks can be more awkward. Unsurprisingly, the same applies here. Anyway, I put the pillow down the far end and climbed in head first. You ‘seal’ your capsule by pulling down the blind at the end. I am not claustrophobic in any way but found I had to keep the blind open for ventilation. There did appear to be ways to adjust the temperature but due to a busy travel schedule I didn’t get a chance to ask staff about this. This hotel uses Goki, this app that lets you scan yourself into the building and the rooms instead of typing in a room code. It has other functions as well. It is worth getting the Goki app as the door codes are changed periodically for security reasons but Goki should always scan you in once you’ve set it up. I thought that $5 for the laundry was a little much and I’m not sure how they ascertained who had paid and who hadn’t since you just walked in. Laundry detergent was included in the $5 charge and when I asked where I would find it they said it would be set out but I couldn’t find it anywhere so I had to track down a staff member. I’m glad to have finally checked ‘sleep in a capsule’ off the list.

This was the second Residence Inn we stayed in during our trip to DC and it was excellent, just like the first one was. It’s conveniently located and very clean. The folks at the front desk are very helpful and the breakfast is excellent. Our room was spacious but the AC was very loud. We had them come and look at it, but it continued to be loud. Regardless, we had a great stay and enjoyed the beautiful walk to Georgetown for dinner.
