Historical building， very impressive! Great staffs!

Bilik pertama saya ok sehingga lampu mula berkelip dan tidak akan padam. Jauh TV n kemudian tidak berfungsi. Oleh itu, saya pergi ke kaunter penerimaan tetamu dan De'Angelo membantu kami. Dia menghantar kakitangan yang memeriksanya. Setelah jurutera datang, dia pergi untuk memberitahu De'Angelo untuk beralih atau bilik. Jadi mereka berjaya, tetapi satu-satunya barang yang mereka ada adalah bilik yang diturunkan, jadi dia memasukkan beberapa nota untuk kami dan membuat kami menyiapkan bilik dengan balkoni untuk menginap semalam. 老酒店，但兩張大床的套房真是非常舒服，有寬敞的客廳、書桌區、餐廳空間、陽台、玄關區，有可以出去的環繞陽台，可以想象幾十年前好酒店的形式感。戶外泳池在夏天很可愛。位置很棒！離動物園和非常幽靜美麗的Rock Creek Park 很近，Woodley Park一帶也有眾多餐廳，距離地鐵站走路5-10分鐘。性價比不錯！服務一般，不同班次的前台人員之間似乎彼此交班不夠通暢。中途給我們換了一個單床套房，房間小很多，沙發床的床墊實在有點爛沒法睡，有些太舊的傢具請及時更新一下吧！

地段非常好，景點基本在2公裏以內。酒店雖然有點舊，但依然感覺很有品味。就是服務稍嫌不足，亞馬遜包裹到前台以後，詢問了2次都說沒有，最後拿了亞馬遜快遞的照片，才說找到了

I traveled to DC with my preteen and teenage sons for a basketball game. The property didn’t receive my reservation (booked through 3rd party) but the front desk staff took the time to make it right and get us set up. They had excellent customer service throughout our stay. This hotel was VERY clean. I was actually surprised because I use to stay here frequently about 10 years ago and expected some things to run down a bit. It turns out that the hotel is very modernized and looks just as good now as it did a decade ago. The location is perfect as it’s right in the middle of the NoMa neighborhood and it is right next to the NoMa/Gaulludet (Red Line) Metro station. There are a few small shops across the street and a 7 Eleven next door if you are looking for a quick bite. The room itself was comfortable. My youngest son and I slept soundly on the queen sized bed and my oldest slept on the couch. He was pretty comfortable without even folding the couch down. Overall, I will definitely book here again as I frequently visit DC. Fo how inexpensive this hotel is, the quality was phenomenal. I can’t wait to go back.

We just returned from a 4 night stay -- there are simply not enough superlatives to adequately express our appreciation for every member of the warm and welcoming staff. Talk about being made to feel like you were family and at home ! A great location - large rooms filled with comfortable furniture a great bed, fabulous amenities and ”quiet”.. It surely checks all the boxes. It is evident that the standard across the board is ”Excellence Plus” we look forward to our next trip to DC as we know where we will be staying!

I’ve never been to a hotel where the hospitality and customer services were higher than the sky itself! I was greeted at the door, brought up to the room, and a lovely maid came in every three hours to see if I like the towels to be replaced. I told them that I was good for the rest of the week, but she came back with a water bottle with chocolates. Such a sweetie! I really enjoyed the customer service and the attention that we have received at the hotel. I was able to walk around in the neighborhood and meet some of my friends. The bed was amazing, I loved the bath, and the toiletries that came with the room. There is no question that I am coming back, believe it or not

This is an utterly comfortable hotel, nicely located, and with classy amenities. Our suite was very spacious, and feel very much like a comfortable home, a large living room plus a well-appointed bedroom. We enjoyed the hotel.
