Precise Resort Schwielowsee

Ich habe mir jetzt sehr viele Kommentare durchgelesen und kann nicht verstehen, wie man dieses Hotel auch nur ansatzweise mit weniger als 4 Sternen bewerten kann ! Das Hotel ist klasse ! Sowohl die einzelnen Apartments in den außenstehenden Häusern ( welches wir gegen ein Zimmer im Haus problemlos tauschen konnten) als auch die gesamte Anlage, das Hotel, einfach alles! Hier hat sie der Inhaber so große Mühe gegeben und ein wirklich tolles Konzept bzw. eine tolle Anlage, auf die Beine gestellt ! Das Personal im gesamten Haus ist unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend ! Das Frühstück hat alles was man braucht und ist durchgängig frisch und vielfältig ! Egal ob Wellnesbereich , Außenanlage oder Zimmer, alles ist sauber und modern , man fühlt sich sehr wohl ! Wir reisen sehr viel durch die Welt und dieses Hotel hat ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Ps. Bei der Grösse der Anlage, kann es schon mal vorkommen, dass man kurz warten muss oder der Frühstücksraum etwas voller ist, so etwas als „schlecht“ zu bewerten, ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar! The setting is great. Nice grounds, pool area is lovely. Main building is nice and eating area has a lovely outlook. We rented one of the apartments and although it was nice on the whole, we felt it was in need of a bit of modernisation. The AC did not work in our bedroom for the first 3 nights (hot nights so uncomfortable sleeps). One on the curtains in the bedroom was broken so did not close. Took a day to fix. A little bit of tlc and modernisation and this could be an exceptional resort. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Firstly, I would like to advise people to ignore all the 1 and 2 and mostly 3 star reviews for this resort.They are unfair and although some people do have bad experiences this resort should not be avoided as I really don't feel they reflect the true image of this resort. For any golfers the two main course (Faldo and Palmer) are fantastic.Palmer is prettier and easier, honestly the Faldo off the tee is very tough,after that it is playable. Accommodation,we had a suite.It was lovely and was cleaned everyday by the friendliest staff ever. We had a few small issues, no iron or ironing board in the room. No daily water, we thought for a suite that would be provided. Pool area, this was fab,as was the sauna.Excellent all round and pool meandours from indoor to outdoor and is heated. Food,food in the restaurant just off the property was excellent and the food in the hotel and golf club was nice also.Our main issue was the lack of options during the day,very limited menu. Breakfast, excellent and staff were so friendly.Could not fault the breakfast in any way. Prices,my only real issue apart from the lack of food options during the day was the strange excessive pricing on certain items.A large 1 lt bottle of water was €8,I refused to pay,told the guy tap water will do. In the clubhouse they serve a large coke poured from a bottle that has the €1 price on it for €5.50. Now that's just wrong and needs to be sorted. Car park,their is a public car park that is around €5 per day,to park in the underground hotel car park is €12 per day.To me,in a resort which is around 45 minutes south of Berlin this is excessive. I had a few small issues and the manager came out straight away and explained they are finding it difficult to get staff. This is understandable and he seemed genuine. I should also add that the private beach is amazing and the water is almost tepid. To sum up I would come here again,the location is great,the staff are excellent and with a few tweaks here and there this resort especially when you consider the golf course quality could be very sought after.

Wir hatten ein Upgrade und bekamen ein Studio mit eigenerSauna. Das war großartig. Das Appartement war modern und wunderschön eingerichtet. Das Bett sehr bequem. Täglich wurde gereinigt. Wir hatten Halbpension. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Es gab nichts,das wir vermisst haben. Geschirr wurde sehr schnell abgeräumt. Auch das Abendessen war sehr abwechslungsreich. Die Vorspeisen mit Salaten, Gemüse, hummus, Suppe, Käse variierten. Das warme Essen war gut abgeschmeckt und wurde stets nachgefüllt. Mich hat der Nachtisch beeindruckt. Viel Obst, Kuchen, Schokoladenbrunnen. Danach sind wir in die Havannabar gegangen. Ein sehr kompetenter Barkeeper hat uns gut beraten und leckere Getränke gemixt. Fazit: Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder

Wunderschön gelegene, weitläufige Hotelanlage mit großen, komfortablen, hell eingerichteten Zimmern. Das Hotel Team war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert. Das Hotel ist kinderfreundlich. Potsdam ist mit dem Auto gut und schnell erreichbar.
