Long-time ******* user, first-time reviewer. Upon arrival (approx 6p), I reported to front desk (FD) neither of the room lamps had working bulbs, and both lamps were mechanically broken. I was promised by FD that "the manager will come and talk to you, he'll be in at 8p". At 7p, I returned to FD to report multiple, additional issues with the room. Oddly, FD asked "what room are you in" (I'd just spoken with her an hour earlier) and "manager will come talk to you, when he arrives at 9p" (previously it was 8p). The manager never spoke with me--via phone or in person--on the evening of my stay, or the next morning at check out. Notice the sheer number of photos I have attached, detailing the issues with ONE room. I can only imagine this is endemic to the hotel.
