Room was clean and the hot tub and pool was very nice and clean.

Staff were very kind, pool and hot tub were great, room was very clean, and the breakfast/coffee bar was perfect!

Good place overall. Rooms in need of repairs to bath shelves, nightstand drawer’s and outlets.

When i arrived the person at the front desk appeared as though i was bothering her. She had her phone up the entire time. She didn’t even tell me my room number or wait for me to leave the desk before she went back behinr a locked door. When I got to the 4th floor there was bunch of litle boys playing hockey in the middle of the hallway while two moms stood and watched. All they could say is "I hope you don't have to go past them to get to your room". The boys could be heard on the 1st floor so I'm not sure why it was being allowed.

Very nice hotel! The hotel was clean, quiet, and had a very comfortable bed!

Nice place all around. Clean, friendly staff, room as nice and clean. Bathroom was nice and clean. Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel. Wouldn't go there for breakfast if I wasn't staying there, but that's true of any hotel breakfast.

Our thermostat in our room did not work, said error. There was missing part on nightstand/console between beds. I hope they do not think we did that. Breakfast, muffins seemed dried out. The staff was super friendly and very helpful.

Breakfast was awful and things were constantly out and not getting refilled. No locks on the bathroom doors is absolutely ridiculous.

As someone that only seeks out Hampton hotels for my overnight stays this facility shows its age. Cleaning carpets and room repairs need to be done with some better maintenance

Very comfortable. Easy check in. Our front desk associate was amazing. Saw me the next day and remembered my name. Was very friendly. (Ashley was her name) would definitely stay here again.

Conditioner in the shower empty. The shower head was poor as about 1/3 of the water continued to come out of the bathtub spout. The faucet in the sink cannot be turned to either hot or cold due to design. By the bedside there are no places to plug in devices for charging so the phone needs to be across the room. Bed and linens nice but the little things woudl have made it much better.

Great stay. Very clean and very welcoming and helpful staff.
