We had a late check-in I was told it would be okay to check-in at 4:30am. When I arrived my reservation was canceled. The person at the front desk had to rebook me. Thank God. The room was very nice, clean. The bed was amazing for my short time there.

Emphasis on tiny here. Tiny sinks with almost no surface space. Tiny coffee cups with no lids available. One tiny round table in the room. Tiny refrigerator the size of one of those Ikea cubes. NO MICROWAVE in the room, which is as tiny as one can get. The halls and rooms are on the dark side, no helped by dark brown carpeting. The beds are OK but not cozy inviting. The juices in the juice machine are room temp. The front doors are open-yourself style, not automatic — making it an adventure if you have a handful or full cart. Speaking of which, one of the three carts is the low, train-station variety with the large handle loose, making it difficult to steer, even empty. The football-size parking lot is shared with other properties, and even the handicapped spaces are farther from the front door than at most hotels. So what are the pluses? The breakfasts (save for the open coffee cups and warm juice are plentiful, above IGH standard in preparation, and accented by fresh oranges and bananas, though the latter are heading toward throw time. We didn't use the pool, but tons of people did, so it must be good. Family-friendly, as they say.'' And the staff, especially the housekeepers, are friendly and helpful. In short, this property is serviceable, but it's time for a renovation and more attention to guest comfort.

This Sleep Inn has many positives. It was very clean. Our king size bed was super comfortable. Lots of great pillows. Great water pressure. The negatives were the toilet wasn't quite secure so every time you got up it sounded like the toilet was going to fall over. The faucet at the sink was installed too far back so the water came out literally against the back of the sink. The breakfast had sausage and biscuits, but no eggs or gravy. Other than those things I enjoyed my stay. I would stay again.
