服務差評！非常不愉快的體驗！ Check-in的時候前台跟我説免費幫我upgrade到了城景房，但是在等roomclean的通知所以要等15分鐘，我説ok也很開心幫我免費升級。結果等了半天上去以後門一開，還是原來沒升級的房間，我就下樓問他，他竟然回答我一句房間瞬息萬變，前面能升級現在沒了，然後一副🤷🏻♂️的態度，前前後後浪費了30-40分鐘時間，剛好還碰上我趕着要去看湖人的比賽，着急又氣人，甚至讓我感受到了一絲“被歧視”的狀態。 另外晚上睡覺的時候牆上的speaker一直髮出“嗶.嗶.嗶”的聲音影響睡眠，睡眠本身就淺，受不了一點點聲音的小夥伴們慎選！ 總之，不推薦！

This hotel has a great location. Once upon a time, it was THE place to stay in West Hollywood, particularly around Pride and other festivals. Nowadays, the hotel needs repair. It's clear they are cutting corners. Imagine light-blocking curtains that break, so they just rip them out and leave the room without them. Imagine fluorescent lights in the bathroom that need the ballast replaced so they can turn on properly again - but instead the hotel just leaves them as is and they struggle to put out a slight glow. Imagine contacting them to please set up the sofa bed because the two people staying in the room aren't a couple, and the hotel not only neglects to set up the sofa bed, they refuse to set it up other than to throw a bunch of sheets into your arms after you complain. That said, the location is very convenient if you need to be exactly in that part of town.

It was a very nice stay. They provided a microwave and an extra refrigerator for us. We were on Sunset dr right across from the comedy store. There were certain restaurants that was walking distance. We went there for New Year’s, and the party was at the hotel so we didn’t have to go anywhere. Met a few celebrities as well and I love the safety of the elevators. The only negative is they provided us a stained blanket for my daughter but they quickly replaced it as soon as i reported it. I recommend.

花小兩萬真的不太值 到點之後發現酒店附近全在施工 每天一到七點都巨吵無比 附近交通還算便利 酒店服務人員真的需要再多培訓培訓 這個價格和服務質量完全不成正比 總體來說一般吧 對這個酒店沒有太大的好感

This is really an exceptional hotel. All of the staff seems very focused on making guests feel welcome and valued. This starts from the people who greeted us at the car and continued with every interaction that we had. The rooms are REALLY nice - with great balconies and the breakfast buffet includes nice items (the smoked salmon was a personal favorite). My family has been lucky to stay at many highly rated hotels, but the London is probably our new top hotel for service in the US. We all agreed the staff is better trained than the Four Seasons we stayed at last year in Hawaii... and the staff is ALWAYS looking for ways to care for guests. I expected to like the hotel since friends have said nice things about it, but it really exceeded our expectations and we will be returning on our next visit to LA.

一號酒店應該是這幾年開始興起的新五星酒店？酒店以原生態設計為靈感，大堂和房間的裝修用了大量原木，非常有意思。位置很好，酒店在山坡上，酒店的大露台可以俯瞰整個城市，LA的傍晚很美～住過來才知道西好萊屋是boy town～到處飄揚的彩虹旗也是很有意思哈哈哈附近好吃的好玩好吃非常多，又不像市區有那麼多流浪漢，我住了五天整體感覺還是非常舒服的～哦對，酒店的早餐很不錯，我幾乎嘗試了菜單上的每個主菜，沒有任何踩雷，果汁也很棒，酒店採用的都是加州應季的水果，來住的話一定要嘗試呀。咖啡和茶就一言難盡了，不好喝...也有其他槽點：比如保潔員沒有檢查冰箱，冰箱裏還有上一個住客留下來的沒喝完的飲料...酒店很新，但維護不太好，地毯已經有大片污漬了...前台有一個服務生態度很差...還趕上了LA酒店員工集體罷工，服務多少有些跟不上。

Lokasinya sempurna, di tengah-tengah Hollywood Barat. Hiasannya menakjubkan dan lengkap. Tetapi saya tinggal selama satu minggu dan bilik tidak dibersihkan sepanjang masa, jadi tidak boleh dikatakan perkhidmatannya sangat baik. Di sisi positifnya, kolam renang di atas bumbung sangat fotogenik. Saya akan tinggal di sini lagi.

Excellent hotel in a great area. Staff is very friendly and helpful room was comfortable and clean. Loved it.
