Visited the area to attend a graduation ceremony at New Haven. This I was told is a brand new hotel so everything was top of the line - both facilities and services… Their breakfast is generous with a reasonable variety of morning meals .. my fav was the waffle and the fresh fruits. The room was very clean spacious and quiet. Staff are friendly and very professional..Because I needed to go to the city center on a daily bases, I was offered free rides via their accommodating clean shuttle van driven by very respectful and highly professional drivers. I stayed 6 nights and very much enjoyed my stay .. Toward the end of my stay I discovered that there are nice venues to explore directly next or near the hotel. i.e. a cinema complex, Olive Garden restaurant, Barnes and Nobles bookstore, Target, Chic Fillet and many more. Will certainly try it again if I ever come back to New Haven. Thanks to all of the Team, I sure did have a great experience!

La chambre n' était pas complètement prête. Il n'y avait pas de sofa, un grand espace dans le salon était libre. Ils n'y avait pas de serviettes, papier de toilette, ni les petits produits qu' ils donnent normalement à la chambre. J' ai dû demander le tout à la réception. C' est comme si la chambre n' était pas terminée d'être nettoyée.

It’s clean and new. Free parking and safe environment. Will book again.

Good clean centrally located motel type hotel in quite part of Mystic Spacious clean newly upgraded rooms with private bathrooms and separated sink outside of bathroom. Would have liked to have sink INSIDE bath as well. Housekeeping staff friendly and willing to help with needed items. TV in room did not work upon check-in late in the day but was replaced promptly the next morning with very pleasant maintenance person. Breakfast was adequate. Bagels were fresh and hard boiled eggs soft and tasty and Folgers coffee was delicious as was fresh squeezed orange juice Besides the above-mentioned sink location and TV mishap , I would give Spark excellent review and would happily stay there again on my next visit to Mystic Seaport.

這個酒店並於高速路邊，原本會以為有噪音，結果完全沒問題。飯店非常舒適，很新很寬敞，房間有巨大的冰箱、洗碗機、微波爐，全套餐廚碗盤杯具，很適合家庭入住早餐是典型的美式早餐，簡單健康，也很合我們家的胃口，1樓請問有免費的蘋果和熱可可熱茶、並可以外帶熱美式咖啡，真的很人性，對於家庭旅行的我們很有幫助中間。酒店旁邊有美國著名的1元店dollar tree和著名服飾連鎖店TJ-Max，很適合淘貨。總之，我們在這裡住了三晚，老少都住得很愉快！唯一的問題就是離當趟有點遠，但基本做Uber或者Lyft都能解決。是一間物超所值的酒店，不愧是Hilton集團

This hotel had a big open lobby with a bar and plenty of areas to use laptops or to gather in small groups. Convenient parking in a garage was located below the hotel. The elevators were extremely efficient. We were on the 8th floor and never waited. The hotel staff is hard to reach by phone but when we arrived they happily let us check into our room a little early. The beds are very comfortable and very high! The tv remote is odd and we had to call to figure out how to use it. Early morning coffee urns were late to arrive. The hotel is very close to I-95 which was helpful.

This hotel is in immediate need of reinvestment. It was built in the 50's and it looks like in the rooms that was the last time any money was spent. You have a small in the window air conditioner unit. The two night stand lights did not work. The safe did not work. The hair dryer did not work but the front desk provided a new one. The bathroom sink was stained or dirty. To flush the toilet you have to stand there and hold the flipper down until the toilet completes flushing. The ironing board had been bent at some time in its history so it sloped down went set up. There was no elevator so you carry your belongings up an old metal outside staircase to the second floor. This hotel is in an excellent location and the exterior looks wonderful. But I would recommend that you stay elesewhere.

Lokasi bagus dan senang, hanya di kawasan pusat membeli-belah. Terdapat banyak pilihan tempat makan berdekatan. Biliknya tenang dan luas. Terdapat tempat letak kenderaan percuma, sikap meja depan baik, disyorkan.

此行很滿意的酒店，很新，很乾凈，服務熱情。小廚房一應俱全，給孩子們煮個蔬菜麪，炒個米飯都好方便。值得推薦！

Nice location no issues. Good for business travels.
