We stayed here 2 nights and I will definitely stay again next time I'm in jakarta. Great location near old town attractions and good restaurants nearby. The gym and sauna were great and no extra charge. We didn't reserve breakfast but we did have room service and that was very good value for money. The staff we spoke to were all very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

My stay here was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is superb; it's right next to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. Our room was clean and spacious, with soft, comfortable bedding that ensured a great night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, providing thoughtful service from check-in to check-out. They even proactively offered recommendations for local delicacies. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. I will absolutely choose this hotel again on my next visit to the city!

I wish I could write a good review for this property, but unfortunately it’s not an easy task. Best aspect would be the rate for Novotel brand is considered cheap. But other than that, mostly negatives. Location is not that bad as there are many great foods around the area, but the on-going construction work makes it quite congested. Cleanliness is horrible, I even find a baby cockroach crawling on my second night. Kill it and leave it laying on the carpet. It’s still there on my departure, day 5. Carpet is greasy, and the lack of slippers doesn’t help. The room service keeps throwing away your hotel slippers without providing any replacement. You have to keep asking them to send a pair to your room. Most of staff are quite helpful, but not exactly going above and beyond.

Room cleanliness is questionable, found chunk of hair on the bathroom floor and some hair strains on the bed cover and near the headrest. Note that Pool is under repair and the management fail to give notice beforehand. Location pretty good, a bit noisy with whistle noise in the morning as its beside very crowded street and u turn

I stayed here for just one night as a quick change of scenery, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. I was given a room on the 21st floor, which offered a nice view and a quiet atmosphere. The breakfast was decent — buffet style, with a good enough variety for a short stay. Nothing too fancy, but it did the job. The pool isn’t huge, but it’s enough to relax and cool off, especially if you’re not looking for anything too fancy. A solid option for a short stay in central Jakarta. The only downside was the air conditioning — it seems outdated and didn’t cool the room properly at all.

The hotel is quite old, but acceptable. The elevator seems old and shaky, feeling unsafe. The gym is hot and the equipment is quite old. Considering the price and accesibility, the overall experience is acceptable.

I had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Jakarta. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were attentive and professional, and the hotel’s location was convenient for both business and leisure. Overall, an excellent experience.

The restaurant cleans poor especially most of the chair is dirty and they is no cleaning, the foods in the restaurant finished a few days morning when there is a cloud of people but did not replenish. The room amenities did not refill in full where the small towel at the washing area always missing the toothbrush and comb etc is also missing and need to called for replenish.

Overall comfortable stay, with Starbucks just outside of the hotel lobby for my daily caffeine fix. Located just 10 minutes away from Jakarta's Chinatown market, you can spend your morning walking their street stalls or visit other nearby mall such as Grand Paragon Mall.,
