Daftar masuk dan keluar adalah mudah dan kakitangannya ramah. Bilik besar, katil selesa dan bilik mandi dilengkapi dengan air panas. Sarapan pagi adalah di bawah paras dan saya tidak menjangkakan pilihan makanan yang buruk untuk hotel Novotel. Berhampiran dengan Glodok, Chinatown Jakarta, yang terletak kira-kira 10 minit berjalan kaki. Perjalanan ke bahagian lain di Jakarta adalah mudah tetapi bersedia untuk kesesakan lalu lintas.

Tiada pembersihan bilik tepat pada masanya, tiada sarapan ditawarkan walaupun selepas tinggal di sini selama lebih daripada 2 minggu. Kakitangan hanya akan membantu mereka yang telah menempah melalui mereka dan bukannya tetamu yang menginap melalui ejen pelancongan. Saya tidak mengesyorkan. Tiada layanan mesra.

The shower room's glass partition is shaky and a bit run down..the breakfast has a good varieties but, but are mostly foods that served the local.community. there are virtually no meats provided except for the half cut sausage and chicken stripe meant for the porridge. Quiet a poor breakfas menu as compare to other hotels that we stayed from Jogja to Bandung.

This hotel is in good location. The room is clean. Breakfast is good. However the biggest problem is too dark. Lobby, lift, room.... I can barely see things clearly.

Everything was good, especially the service from the staff. However, i recommend that the rooms, living room, toilets to have some yellow lighting instead of normal white lighting. This might create a more soothing ambience.
