Ulasan Holiday Inn & Suites Jakarta Gajah Mada, an IHG Hotel

This is our first family trip to Jakarta. Thanks to Holiday Inn we had a pleaeent stay with clean room and friendly service. We also had a nice dinner at the Chinese restaurant. Waitress Caca is a cheerful and genuine lady who recommend us delicious local food such as satay.

I would like to comment this IHG hotel was my best choice in Indonesia, with comfortable decoration, and nice scenery of the old city. In the late of my trip, I had got a fever, they were so kind sending me a bow of hot soup. Immediately I felt deeply touched and much better with my body. Thank you sir, the front manager, the delivery guy.

Amazing hotel. Room was huge with a great view and fast internet. Breakfast was also amazing and the staff was incredible. The pool is also great if there is no rain.

It has always been my first choice of hotel whenever I stay in Jakarta. Still the same friendly staffs. Room is spacious and clean. Good spread of breakfast.

They upgraded us to a suite which was really kind of them. The service was spectacular from the moment you enter the hotel. You are greeted by the staff and they are ever ready to help you. The breakfast had a pretty decent spread with great variety. The location was great but the mall connected to it did not have many stores open, not sure if its new and still opening. The room was huge and really clean. However, not sure if it was just my room but from time to time there would be this drainage smell which does go away after awhile. The tv service provider had issues therefore, there were times where the tv was not working. They were apologetic about it. Other than the minor incidents, I really enjoyed my stay here. If i were to come to jakarta again, this hotel would still be my pick.

Location is very convenience for those who wants to explore Chinatown, also to ise bus as public transport. Easy access.

The room we got is spacious with a massive bed. Three people can easily fit on the bed without feeling squished. We really enjoyed the food, though an extension to the menu would elevate the restaurant experience. There wasn’t much variety. The cocktails are an absolute disaster… tried the Long Island and Margarita, on separate occasions and they tasted the same😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. Shoutout to Jimmy for making sure we were fed and satisfied during breakfast time. ❤️ The swimming pool is clean, not very big or deep. Best time for a swim is early morning or midday( no one wants to be in the pool in the scorching sun). Other times the pool area is normally crowded. The staff is super helpful and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for better service.

V The environment is good, overall quite clean, very convenient location, and the surrounding environment is very good

The location was alright, but the hotel really amazed us as it was very clean and cosy, amidst the hustle and bustle out on the streets, we could not hear any of it from inside. The service was very good, We requested for higher floor and they gave us the highest floor could you believe that 😂 The breakfast buffet spread was very good. The hotel staff gave us pillows when requested, and was very efficient.
