No. 98 Boutique Hotel

As the time says I wish I could rate this hotel higher. After a long journey from Wales we couldn’t have had a more friendly and warmer welcome. Derek greeted us and was so lovely, took the time to chat to us as we checked in. He showed us to our room which was so homely and comfortable and immaculate. The cleanliness was at another level. There were homemade cupcakes waiting for us that were baked by Suzanne that morning, what a lovely touch. There was a sign on the wall that said we want you to relax and feel at home. That is exactly what you get from Derek and Suzanne. You can tell they take a so much pride in what they do, it’s not just a business it is clear that they take pleasure from making sure their guests are happy. The breakfast was probably the best standard of breakfast we have had in a hotel. The quality of the products that are locally sourced were prepared by Suzanne and were so tasty. The sausages were fab! :) I can’t recommend this boutique hotel enough, Derek and Suzanne have literally thought of everything. If you book here you will not be disappointed and will most definitely want to stay longer!

What an amazing find. Stayed for new years eve and had a smashing welcome. The facilities are top quality and our room was warm, very clean and bed was so so comfortable. Would 100% recommend. Location was brilliant, just a very short walk to town, bars and restaurants.

Very welcoming hosts and seaside themed decor. Comfortable, clean room overlooking the sea but not too noisy. Exceptionally hot during our visit but fan provided. Super bedding. Excellent breakfast cooked to order with homemade jams and compote and cakes available on arrival. Great recommendations for restaurants in the area. Booked for one night but stayed two!

5 stars all the way, from start to finish!!! Derek and Sue couldn’t have done anymore, breakfast was outstanding with fresh local produce, mouth watering fresh fruit and home made berry compote & yoghurt, as well as a plethora of choice from their breakfast menu. Our room was clean & fresh, a great ambience with sea views - enjoyed the double shower in the morning. We highly recommend booking here, you won’t be disappointed.

What a lovely stay. Lots of little details that made our stay so lovely from fantastic communication pre-arrival to a friendly welcome from the hotel hosts, fresh baked muffins, advice on restaurants and walks and an absolutely delicious cooked breakfast. The rooms are light, clean and extremely comfortable bed. Location fabulous with direct access to the beach, harbour and town centre . Lovely to wake up and be able to see the sea! I would 100% recommend no.98 boutique hotel to anybody. Thank you for making our stay so lovely .

Suzanne and Derek's warm welcome to their wonderful hotel was a great start to our few days in lovely Weymouth. The hotel has in in a smashing location and although there is not parking through the hotel, there is very reasonably priced parking available very close by. The room and adjoining bathroom were nicely decorated with a crisp, bright seaside decor, spotlessly clean and the room was lovely and quiet. We were lucky enough to get a room with a sea view, which was just great! The breakfast was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented and they kindly catered for my husband who is a vegan. It's a lovely place to stay and Derek has a really interesting knowledge of history of the buildings locally and the surrounding area. Would defiantly recommend. Five Stars!
