We stayed in a 2 room suite on the 3rd floor. I paid extra for lake views. The suite was clean and roomy, and it was quiet. The view from the living room window was good, but the view from the bedroom was obstructed by trees. I also deducted a star for the odd furniture placement. The bedroom had a desk instead of a dresser in it. They should have put the dresser in the bedroom instead of the living room. When the chair was pulled out, it blocked the space between the bed and desk (couldn’t walk through). Also, the main vent was in the bedroom, so when the AC was on, it was very loud. Finally, the sofa in the living room was uncomfortable. The middle cushion sank deep down when we sat on it. As for the check-in process - it was odd. We stood there for quite a bit before someone came to check us in. When she did come, she walked off for a long time before returning. It was very unusual. The complimentary hot breakfast was ok. It wasn’t great, but it wasn’t bad either. Would we stay there again? Yes, because it was close to our son’s apartment. My husband also enjoyed his walks around the lake.
