The ceiling of the bathroom was LITERALLY caving in. Dirty-used washcloth on the shower rod- mold in the shower. Hair in the sheets- washed, but hair was still there. The people above us yelled all night- well, til 4am. No one cared. Completely foul place. we went out for breakfast- wouldn’t eat anything if the cleanliness of the room was any indication of how they kept food.

Was a beautiful facility in its time. Wonderful and friendly staff. Wish there was more for breakfast,and all the amenities were functioning correctly. Otherwise clean rooms and pleasant accommodations. We will stay again.we had Christmas there and it felt very much like home away from home. Our kids in front on Christmas Eve.

Beautiful facility. The pool was clean and well maintained. My only complaint is that the water was VERY cold and awkward to have to go outside to enter the indoor pool. The breakfast area was large, clean and attractive. However, the continental breakfast was very disappointing. The coffee was good but just donuts for breakfast was not what we were expecting. We had to end up goi g out and payo g for a decent breakfast. The room was clean and nice though two of the lights did not work. It was a comfortable room and nice to have a sofa to relax on. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Base cove came off the wall… when you flush the toilet, water keeps running…in the dining area, the wood edge between the carpet, wood edging came off.

The bed was very comfortable. The heat and air conditioning didn't work. We had the AC on and it was very hot. Breakfast was lacking alot. No handicap accessible rooms.

While it was not fancy it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok but dont expect eggs, bacon, sausage etc like most other hotels that have included breakfast foods. Based on other reviews i read i asked to see the room before checking in. The staff allowed me to check the room and it was fine. The location to different areas of williamsburg was good.

I have stayed here a few times and have no complaints. It is an older hotel, but everything works and the rooms are clean.

Avoid this hotel!!! The rooms were very dirty and the pot smell would make you high from the contact buzz. We had children with us and the pot smell in the hallways were disgusting. One night the smell even came into the room. The bathrooms had hair all in the shower and sink. The window sill was rotten and the hole was all the way through, so the cold air was coming in. Our check in guy was very nice but the females working during the day would not even speak or greet you! Would not recommend this to anyone wanting to video the area!

This hotel was fine for how much it cost. The facilities were old and there were some stains on our couch and bed when we checked in. I would recommend upgrading and staying at a nicer place.

The staff were friendly and professional. The place was clean and comfortable, well worth the price. The location is in close proximity to everything. The only issue is that even after powering the heat/ac unit OFF, it still blasted cold air into the room. There did not seem to be a way to get the unit to stop blasting the cold air. Overall, I would stay here again.

I booked a non smoking room and the room i got reeked of smoke. I told the front desk so i would not be charged for damaging the room but there is no reason for this issue to exit. I can't imagine the staff didn't know the room was effectively a smoking room.

It was awful We got a king size room but it was dirty and smelled like smoke so the night auditor changed the room to a two full bed which was still dirty and the shower barely worked there were no wash clothes There was no bagged breakfast either.

You get what you pay for...but seriously they over charged. Bed was comfortable...convenient location. There was a musty icky smell in hallways The room was not clean There was a hairball the size of a small rodent in the drain. Could use coffee maker as the packages provided did not fit the machine

I stayed here President’s Day weekend whilst playing Williamsburg tourist, and I quickly saw why this hotel was so affordable. Where to even begin? 1. The staff were extremely unprofessional, and while they could do basic things like check you in/out and make housekeeping requests, they were pretty horrid at communication and were quite rude in terms of temperament. It appears that the staff were family, which explains why nobody was keeping anybody accountable. 2. The room was clean enough, although it was extremely dated, the wallpaper was peeling, and the hallways had a musty aroma. The pool was also quite unsanitary-looking, as was the main breakfast area. 3. Speaking of the continental breakfast, it was quite underwhelming. The website actually misleads you into thinking it was closer to a hot breakfast, but all they give you are pre-packaged bagels/bread slices, fruit, yogurt, sugar cereal, juice/coffee, and hardboiled eggs left at room temperature and not in a proper heater (Yuck!). The only appliances are a microwave and toaster. 4. The guests too reflect the price of this hotel; every guest I encountered was either a young family with freakishly ill-mannered kids, sketchy-looking characters who smelt of **** and booze, or Middle America halfwits who have clearly never been in a hotel before. (The latter of which put an egg in the microwave before cutting it open, causing it to explode.) Avoid this place at all costs!
