We absolutely loved this place. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo and it was very spacious and clean. We had everything we needed. The entire resort is well maintained and beautiful. My kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and kid friendly hot tub. They also have activities such as miniature golf and racquetball. We are looking forward to our next stay here.

Front desk was nice lobby and room was nice and clean. We were there for my sons graduation from AIT. This hotel was like 10 minutes to get to base and easy to get to. We stayed one night so didnt get to use many of the amenities but highly recommend the stay. On our way back to room we stopped and got pizza and forgot plates. Called the front desk and they had some for us to use. Check in and out was easy

Childhood friends got together for a much needed reunion. We all 3 loved our stay at this Hampton Inn. The hotel was very clean and our rooms were both clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. The morning breakfast was good as far as hotel breakfast goes and the staff worked very hard to keep it stocked and to keep tables clean. Saturday was extremely busy and they did a wonderful job of keeping everything stocked. My only complaint about the breakfast was that the toasters didn’t work very well. The hotel is very centrally located to Colonial Williamsburg and quite a few nice restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

Don’t let the color of the carpet in the picture lead you to believe this place is outdated as it’s night. This place is no nicely upkeep and furniture you can tell is replaced often and keep super clean. Staff was super friendly and always helped when needed, especially those running the amazing morning breakfast! Was surprised with the options in regards to waffle and granola and you grout toppings. The hotel overall felt clean and our room especially was. There is plenty of parking. Also the location is great and near so many good places to eat and downtown Williamsburg.

We always stay at Greensprings Plantation when visiting Williamsburg. The unit we had this time was recently renovated with a beautiful blue/green palate. The kitchen and bathrooms were new as well. The unit was spacious and had a nice deck overlooking trees and the golf course. Check in was very easy and the staff was friendly. Greensprings is conveniently located near Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown. There was a Target and Starbucks right down the road as well as other restaurants. Note that a car is a must. We especially liked the proximity to the Williamsburg National Golf course that surrounds the property.

Wife and I Stayed over the Memorial Day weekend to celebrate our recent anniversary. We have stayed at most of the Historic Williamsburg hotels and this one several times in the past. We love the historic area and it is so nice to be close and be able to walk around the area and to Merchant square without having to search for parking on a busy weekend. The Lodge is very nice and the rooms well appointmented and decorated. This weekend we paid over $400 per night. The most consistent and disappointing problem we encounter every time we stay is the mattresses are terrible. This weekend was no different as it was a king bed which sagged deeply in both sleeping sides and gave little to no support. My wife and I both developed back pain after the first night and it only got worse the second. Again we have stayed at most of the properties in the historic area and even the colonial houses and this has more often than not been a problem. I think they just don't switch out the mattresses for new ones often enough and they get very worn and uncomfortable. We love the historic area very much and always enjoy our walks through the area, but this might be the last time we stay at a colonial property. You would think being a Marriott property it would be better now, but it is not.
