Ulasan Hartmann Suites Serviced Self-Catering Apartments

This place is a gem - convenient location in a safe/quiet neighborhood close to the city centre, clean and spacious room with kitchen and cooking utensils, free and secured parking, helpful and friendly owner, affordable rates. The place has no reception counter. To check-in, the guest has to arrange with the owner via phone or email prior to arrival. As I was on a long flight and I had no phone/data roaming in Namibia, I didn't see the owner's email and I was stuck outside the place without a way to get in. Luckily I drove to a nearby hotel and borrowed the phone to call the owner, and the owner (who actually lives elsewhere) came to open the door for me within 10-15 minutes. Next time if I come here again, I should contact the owner 1 day before arrival, so that the owner knows my arrival time and sends me the check-in instructions in time.

My colleague and I stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. We were happy with the space we had as we weren't on top of eachother. Everything we needed was in the suite and the help, Vicky, was awesome in that she did the laundry and brought it back before end of day. The location was perfect as it was in a quiet neighbourhood and we could work and also the mall was a stone's throw away.

I have stayed at the Hartmann Suites many times over the past few years, so we can honestly attest to its Trip Advisor rating. This really is one of the best self-catering accommodation units in Windhoek. Staff are always attentive, and friendly. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Very safe and secure parking. What more could you ask for?

The property is very nice, good and accommodating. The space inside is perfect 😊 and it's very safe place.

Nice, quaint apartment not far from city center and shopping centers. A car is a must. Otherwise you must use a taxi. Service was very good. Personnel was helpful and gave prompt assistance. We would go back.

This was a great stay. I was greeted by Vicky upon arrival. She did my laundry immediately. The room was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was amply supplied. It was very secure. The only problem was dogs barking throughout the night. This made sleep very difficult.

Our stay was great from making the booking that was easy and convenient, one phone call to arrange for key collection after arriving late until departure the next morning was a breeze. I highly recommend Hartmann suites for any overnight stay in Windhoek.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Just 1 issue the parking is not very safe. Our ladder was stolen during Sunday afternoon right from inside the "secure" parking they claim to have. I believe the gate was open. The ladder was secure on our trailer but it was removed and stolen. Rest of the stay was good.

We had overall excellent stay at Hartmann. The only thing I wish you had was a full body long mirror. I will definitely make Hartmann Suites my stay going forward each time I am in Windhoek. The service we have received from Maryka was phenomenal. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable.

Our stay at Hartmann Suites was very great! The service was good, and the staff was very welcoming, the area is also very private and peaceful. I Would definitely recommend staying there again, hopefully even longer next time!

I stayed here two weeks due to my work needs and realy enjoyed it. Very good neighborhood, close to supermarket. The staff is very responsive, the appartment was very clean and could be cleaned each day but there was no such need actually. Only to reccommend if you need a place for a longer stay. Great value for money!

Super-clean, very close to a large mall and 2 supermarkets, my flat was very large, quiet and the cleaning lady, Vicky, did her best to keep the place top notch.. best place to stay at in Windhoen, I stayed here twice
