Ulasan Residence Inn Hartford Windsor

The hotel’s room is very big, but the problem is the door direction is toward bed. We asked to change sheet at front desk but they did not do that. Also the room has strange smell.

自己有車，提前買好吃喝生活品，就會很好的。適合想住家感覺，有小廚房，衞生間乾濕分離……空調温度可控，床品舒適。沒有酒店大堂等附屬設備，有簡易早餐。跟一般美式家庭早餐差不多哈。咖啡牛奶雞蛋，有熱的燕麥……就是：你買了一些生活用品，加上行李，就舒舒服服“在家”住一樣。所以，入住之前去一次target哦，適合有孩子在附近讀書，你來長住一段時間。切記！一定要自己有車。

房間印象還不錯，乾淨也衞生，周圍環境不吵，有地方停車比較適合入住，早上也有早餐提供，交通比較便利，有下次

特別適合家庭出遊，可以做飯，有專門的Laundry

價格貴，設施一般，不過康州酒店少，實在沒辦法了。

The room offered great space for our family of 5, including two teens, to spread out. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The finishes were outdated but fine for our purposes!

Two things I did not like: the ice maker in the refrigerator produced ice that tasted strongly of chlorine bleach so I could not use it. The supply of hot water ran out Saturday evening when I was trying to bathe.

Great staff, the place is clean. However I would say there is need for an upgrade as the place is aged.

It’s like a town house set up with stairs. If you have luggages you have carry them up. Horrible setting and feels unsafe.

The room was run down. Broken Closet Door, Toilet that didn't flush. Coffee maker without a decanter, a refrigerator that looked like an old garage refrigerator, with rust on the front of it. Molding on the floor separating with paint peeling throughout the room near the floor. When I showed pictures to the front desk manager, he said he would give me a refund for the night. I am not sure how that will work with the purchase being made through *******. I am very disappointed in Marriott as well. Please reach out to me if you have any questions for need the pictures.

I paid for premier view and ended up with a view of the back of the hotel. A smaller room with outdated charging ports.

Very friendly staff. Priorities is so so but it’s priced accordingly.

The room was not very clean. It didn’t look like the bed was changed from the last guest. So I called the front desk. They immediately gave me a new room. It was cleaner. However, when I went to go take a shower, my bathtub was clogged. overall, this facility just need some loving.
