Hotel 2 Bintang di Winston Salem

Overall ok. A little outdated and needs some tlc. Great breakfast though and a good value choice.

My child had a weekend event at UNC School of the Arts and this hotel is conveniently located - about 5 minutes drive away. Room was decent size and clean. Gym is available but very small. Parking lot is across the street but there's a convenient side exit on the 2nd floor of the hotel to go in and out. Breakfast had limited selection but overall above average for this type of hotel. I walked to a couple of nearby restaurants - seemed safe but not a lot of activity in that area on the weekend. Staff was overall helpful but did run into one snafu in which I was told the day before check out that I could have 4pm check out (expected as a Titanium member) but then on the day of check out I was told that I had to check out at 2pm. Normally not a big deal but it was a sudden last minute change which proved inconvenient given my activities of the day. I ended up having to sit in my car for two hours instead.

The staff is very helpful and takes great care of me! Everyone has gone above and beyond to help. I have access to laundry, dishes, full size fridge, microwave and a stovetop. This location is close to the mall and plenty of restaurants.

I stayed here for two nights while doing some work during the daytime. I was pretty pleased overall. I have to second, third, and fourth what most people have been saying. The staff here was great. I had great interactions with every person I came in contact with. My room was pretty big. It was very little extra money to upgrade to a bigger room so it seemed like a no brainer. I didn't utilize the pool while I was there but I saw it. It was outside, an ok size, seemed clean, and it was getting used a fair amount. It had a nice looking gym. They offer cookies at 5PM. There's a good complimentary breakfast every morning. Parking is free. If you don't want to have to go out to eat dinner somewhere, you can conveniently walk next door to a seafood restaurant that's been in the news for closing down everywhere but it's staying open next door to this hotel for now. The main downfall to me is that it seemed a little old. Other than that though, I had a good experience in this hotel and would stay here again if I'm ever back in the area.

Ini adalah tempat yang bagus untuk dikatakan selain beberapa gangguan kecil. Ia kini berlangsung 24 jam sejak kami menyerahkan tuala kami dan masih belum menerima tuala baru. Apabila ditanya tentang menerima mereka, wanita muda itu menjawab dengan ”kami keluar”. Jadi kita akan tunggu dan lihat jika kita menerima apa-apa hari ini. Selain kejadian yang satu ini, kami tidak pernah menghadapi masalah di sini sebelum ini. Saya dan keluarga saya sangat mengesyorkan tinggal di sini.!

Filthy, musty hallways. Only good thing is clean bedding in room. Bathroom looked like a 2 year old caulked the repairs, chipped pain all over bathroom and ceiling in room. Elevator under repair, freight elevator sounded like it was ready to break. Upon arrival told pool was closed yet there were children swimming in it. Tiles in entryway to hotel all cracked and crumbling, covered over with rugs...Total tripping hazard . Neighborhood was terrible. I was actually approached by panhandler in a fast food restaurant 2 blocks away. If I hadn't been so tired (I drove quite a distance that day) we would have gone further down the road on our journey.

It’s good so far but the people up stairs couldn’t sleep at all 11/11/2021 hope tonight better ughh
