Herbal Hotel

位置不錯，酒店似乎有一定的歷史，還有自己的名信片，服務生態度友善，裝修風格有點侘寂風，外面有個小花園，氛圍感十足。

The hotel is a nicely renovated old monastery right outside the old town. It's only a 20 Min. walk to the train station and just 5 Min. to the old town. Our room was nice and clean, very spacious. Especially the bathroom was very nice. Unfortunately there was no AC and no mosquito nets outside the windows, which will be a real issue in the summer. The breakfast was alright, with a good selection even with different dietary restrictions. The staff was overall friendly, if a bit reserved. We paid a visit to the wine cellar, which lacked a little bit of atmosphere. There was a lot of staff just hanging out, looking at their phones. Despite us being the only guests, it took a while to be served and even longer to get our food. It was delicious though. The drinks menu was not up to date and the drinks we wanted were not available anymore. If you only offer a handful of cocktails in the first place, they should at least all be available. When guests arrived who were clearly relatives of one of the staff members, they received a level of service we would have liked to receive ;) Another thing I'd like to add: we stayed for 2 nights and both nights we were woken up between midnight and 1 am to someone (a hotel staff member) throwing bottles in the trash, just outside our window. Bottles. In the middle of the night. Under a guest room window. Surely there has to be a better time for this. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this hotel for the location and room design. But I can't help and point out that there are a few service kinks to be ironed out.

I really enjoyed my recent three night stay at the Herbal Hotel. The hotel is situated in a quiet part of town but only a few minutes walk away from the Old Town and main square. Check in is from 15.00, but I was pleasantly surprised when arriving at 11.00 am to be told that my room was ready. The hotel is a recently refurbished 17th century monastery and is spotlessly clean with friendly staff and decent facilities. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel was very quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was adequate, but from a personal point of view, I would have preferred a few more cooked options apart from sausage and eggs. That said there was still plenty of choice such as cheeses, meats, fruit, bread, yoghurts etc. All in all, I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

This is a really lovely hotel which has been recently refurbished. Beautifully clean and tastefully decorated throughout, our room was spotless with a beautiful bathroom. There were a few minor ******* such as small bath towels and a shower tray which tended to overflow but these did not detract too much. Breakfast was ok but a bit disappointing for such a quality hotel so we went out to a cafe opposite. There are some lovely places to eat and drink very nearby and the hotel's own winery was charming. Be aware there are very loud church bells early in the morning!

Really nice hotel close to the city centre. Old monastery carefully renovated. Nice rooms with great beds. Breakfast area was small and could need a bigger assortment, coffee machine was slow and had constant queue.

Beautiful rooms that are so quiet you get a wonderful nights sleep. The Winery in the basement is a hidden gem and overall this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in a few.

This hotel is a hidden gem. The building has been restored to the highest standard and has everything you need. The place is spotless and I mean spotless and the rooms are furnished to a wonderful standard and are so quiet you will have a wonderful nights sleep. The staff are super helpful and the winery is fantastic and definitely worth a visit. I would highly recommend this hotel to all

Fabulous hotel. Fantastic location, 5 minute walk from the market square but bars and restaurant in the immediate area too. Exceptionally clean, modern and comfortable with a good continental breakfast and lovely winery/bar although that does close at midnight if coming back for a night cap. No wardrobe in our room and nit many hangers but a big drawer and hooks on a wall, quite quirky. Would most definitely stay here again if visiting Wrocław

Great hotel for a stay in this lovely city! I will definitely come back a choose this hotel again!
