The hotel is fantastic. All was perfect from the localization (back to the cathedral), accommodation (nice room with great view and wonderful bed), tasty breakfast and helpful staff. The view from the well-kept spa is an incredible and unforgettable. However, to be an idealistic one it should be adult only or +16 (as an option spa should be open only for adults). Moreover, the spa should be open at the morning (6-11 am) and afternoon (4-11 pm). On Mon-Sat it works at 4-9 pm only.

Völlig überlaufen, stundenlang anstehen an der Rezeption, Zimmer erst abends verfügbar ,keine Parkplätze im Parkhaus für Gäste verfügbar ( wird als öffentliches Parkhaus genutzt ). Also wer zur Weihnachtszeit hier übernachten möchte sollte sich ein ruhigeres Hotel suchen. 30€ mehr lohnt sich auf alle Fälle. Leider Massenabfertigung . Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich und das Personal versucht bestimmt ihr bestes. Ps. Wer auf Trip.com bucht sollte darauf achten das die Buchungenseinstellungen sich beim Buchungsvorgang nicht ändert. Der Preis ändert sich und man steht ohne Frühstück da. Nach zweimaligem Versuch hatten wir uns entschlossen Frühstück vor Ort zu buchen, Preis war noch akzeptabel.

Good option for Wroclaw. It is not in the very center, but a 10 minutes walk and you are there. The hotel is nice, with a good spa, and the room is very comfortable. Loved the Lalique shower gel and shampoo. The staff is nice, welcome drink is a plus, breakfast is good. It will not blow your mind, but you will be happy.

Wir waren als Familie hier zur Übernachtung. Nach vergeblicher Suche eines Restaurants in der Stadt für ein Abendessen in der Stadt haben wir dann hier im Hotel gegessen. Der Service war trotz vorgerückter Stunde vorbildlich und extrem freundlich. Während andere Restaurants die Musik abschalten und vermitteln, dass man Schluss machen möchte, hat man hier Musik angeschaltet. Sehr gastfreundlich. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wybrałem hotel ze względu na lokalizację . Dla mnie była idealna . Reszta już tak dobrze nie wyglądała. Trafiłem po pierwszym gorącym weekendzie . Na dworze 30 stopni na plus . Klimatyzacja działała ,ale okna wychodzące na stację BP były mocno nasłonecznione. Można jeszcze zasunąć żaluzje , ale było by lepiej pomieszczenie po prostu przewietrzyć . Niestety okna na stale zamknięte .Dwuosobowy pokój na jedną osobę jest O.K. , ale przy dwóch będzie ciasno . Łazienka bez zarzutu a nawet na plus . Śniadanie [ jeszcze przynoszone do pokoju ] bardzo przeciętne . ”Sztuczne” wędliny i kiepskie sery . Na ciepło do wyboru parówka lub jajecznica . Wybrałem to drugie , ale doniesione do pokoju było co najwyżej letnie . Za to duży wybór słodkich ciasteczek [ bardzo kiepskich ].Basen [ zresztą bardzo mały ] jest jakąś atrakcją , ale nawet nie miałem czasu skorzystać . Czysto i obsługa poprawna , ale raczej nie wrócę w to miejsce .

If you are looking for a short affordable stay in a dorm, this hostel is good. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the rooms are spatious and clean, the building looks a bit old but most buildings do so. Its located near the city center and there is a direct tram connection from and to the train station and airport bus stop.
