Good option for Wroclaw. It is not in the very center, but a 10 minutes walk and you are there. The hotel is nice, with a good spa, and the room is very comfortable. Loved the Lalique shower gel and shampoo. The staff is nice, welcome drink is a plus, breakfast is good. It will not blow your mind, but you will be happy.

I just had another wonderful stay in this wonderful hotel which has become my second home If I feel so good in this hotel it is for sure due to the entire team who does a remarkable job The whole team was fantastic as usual but this time of the year the atmosphere had a really Christmas spirit, everyone was happy and in a good mood as usual , even if it is not Christmas the team have always a lot of joy and of kindness I booked my stay at last minute and it was a sensational surprise to discover this city during the seasons holidays In fact Wroclaw , have one of the most popular Christmas markets in Europe. Start from middle of November and ends on 7 January The decorations are magical and there is a very good atmosphere throughout the city, and I was very lucky during my stay. The hotel is in a great location just a few minutes walk from the station and the shopping centre. The old town is a ten -15 minute walk away but there are trams that stop outside the hotel that take you into the old town. We arrived 45 minutes before check in and hoped we'd be able to take our room but were told there'd be a 40PLN charge. We could leave our baggage however. The rooms are big and spacious but a little tired. However they were clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was very disappointing. The sausage was like the hot dogs from a tin and had a very bland taste. There were mixed vegetables such as cauliflower and broccoli which wasn't what we wanted in the morning. Scrambled eggs were brought to us but we're drowned in salt. The bread was dry and there was no toaster either. We're not fussy eaters but it just wasn't to our taste.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Pictures on *********** nothing like the hotel and omits to say there's building work going on next door.Holes in bedding,lamp shades cut in half either side of the bedside lamps. Tape stuck over a hole in another lampshade.Smell of stinking drains in room.Tea and coffee in room but no milk when we phoned down to get some was told we drink it black!! so no milk. Thought it couldn't get much worse till we went for so called breakfast. First hotel I've been to without toaster and not able to make own cappuccino. Reception staff not at all helpful. Asked her to call a taxi on checkout to be told it would take about half an hour due to bad weather (roads clear) went outside and hailed one ourselves in a matter of minutes. Avoid this hotel like the plague.

The elevator was broken and nobody repair it. My stay is in the 4th floor which means I moved my luggage from underground to the top floor then move back . It was a big trouble. I checked with the receptionist and received “ sorry” only but without any solution. During stay, all of guest can only use the stairs with big luggage. So did me. And the receptionist didn’t know when the elevator can be recovered. If I knew the elevator broken, I wouldn’t chose this apartment. A terrible stay !

Having read previous reviews and browsed the photos we knew the hotel was somewhat dated in appearance, but this was not a problem. However, it is 5 minutes walk from the Old Town and on the main tram route. The downside is that the trams are extremely noisy, and if you have a room overlooking the road you will certainly hear them. Rooms are dated but clean and the buffet breakfast very good (coffee is excellent). Breakfast room is quite compact for a large hotel, so you have to pick your time. One issue we had was the lack of a bar for an evening drink. The bar only appeared to be open while the restaurant was serving in the evening. Good value for money and we would certainly return, but with courtyard facing rooms.

It's a nice hostel located in the middle between railway station and town centre. Everything in a walkable distance. Clean and well-looking rooms and friendly staff. Just for 15/20 zloty they provide simple and tasty breakfast. Probably it will be boring to eat the same menu several days in a row but for one or two times it's fine. The only thing to keep in mind: you need to pay small fee to access the kitchen. Though it is clean and contains everything needed. No outside noise but maybe snoring roommates...
