I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Marco Polo Hotel in Wuhan City, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from check-in to check-out. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way possible. First and foremost, one aspect that stood out to me was the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with a welcoming atmosphere that boasted cleanliness and tidiness. The attention to detail was remarkable, and it made me feel instantly at ease and comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the buffet breakfast. The variety and quality of food available were simply outstanding. Whether you prefer Western or Asian cuisine, there was something to suit every palate. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, made-to-order omelets, and much more. It was an absolute culinary delight to start my day with such a sumptuous and satisfying meal. The hotel's gym facilities were also worth mentioning. As a fitness enthusiast, I greatly appreciated having a well-equipped gym that was accessible at any time. The machines were in excellent condition, and the gym itself was spacious and bright. It was a pleasure to work out while enjoying panoramic views of the city. The hotel staff also provided clean towels and water, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable workout experience. Apart from the gym, another impressive feature was the swimming pool. It was a splendid oasis, offering a refreshing escape from the bustling city. The pool was clean, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing ambience. I thoroughly enjoyed taking a dip and unwinding after a long day of exploring Wuhan. Throughout my stay, the staff at the Marco Polo Hotel exhibited exceptional hospitality and attentiveness. They were friendly, professional, and always ready to cater to any needs or inquiries. From the receptionists to the restaurant staff, everyone did an outstanding job, ensuring that my stay was unforgettable. Overall, the Marco Polo Hotel in Wuhan City provided an exceptional experience that I highly recommend. From the cleanliness to the delectable buffet breakfast, from the well-equipped gym to the tranquil swimming pool, this hotel surely knows how to pamper its guests. I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my stay and cannot wait to return in the future.

BEWARE IF YOU PAY AT THE FRONT DESK AT THE HOTEL. THEY DOUBLE-CHARGED US AND DID NOT REFUND THE OVERCHARGE. We booked through Trip.com and selected to pay at the hotel (our mistake). We used our Alipay QR code to pay at the front desk, but the transaction took a while and seemed to have failed (slow internet connection). We tried again and the second time it was successful. It wasn't until we left Wuhan and checked our credit card statements that we noticed two of the same charges from the Ethos Hotel. Contacting the hotel, the staff was pleasant and helpful but never admitted to seeing a double-charge in their system. The person on the phone said they would investigate and asked us to call back later. After a day, we called back; they said they contacted Trip.com and that a refund was given to us. This refund they were referring to was the Trip.com deposit to hold our rooms. We explained the situation again, but the person helping us kept saying we should contact Trip.com even though we paid the hotel directly. Now back at home, we contacted Trip.com. After chatting with one of their reps, and providing our credit card and Alipay statements as proof of the double charge, they said they would get back to us. The result was an email with the message, ”Duplicate deduction/overcharge-Duplicate deduction/overcharge: Not duplicate deduction/overcharge.” We are not surprised by this result, as Trip.com cannot verify any payments that took place because the actual payment happened at the HOTEL FRONT DESK. So here we are trying to go through our bank to see if they can do something because they CAN see the 2 charges that were 3 minutes apart from the same hotel. We hope this will be resolved and all this was a misunderstanding... time will tell.

Hello Hotel yang baru dibuka di Pantai Hankou River adalah hotel bertaraf lima bintang. Walaupun lobi kecil tetapi penuh dengan perincian, hiasannya mewah dan indah, dan ada juga robot selamat datang dan sistem daftar masuk automatik. Setelah mendaftar masuk, robot membawa kami ke bilik, dan kami tidak perlu menekan lantai untuk memasuki lif. Setelah memasuki ruangan, ada layanan penuh kecil, menyalakan dan mematikan lampu, menyalakan dan mematikan TV, dan menyalakan dan mematikan tirai, yang semuanya dapat diselesaikan dengan kawalan suara. Di sebelah kiri adalah Taman Jiangtan, dan di sebelah kanan adalah jalan bar di Jalan Lihuangpi. Lokasinya bagus, harganya bagus, dan perkhidmatannya bagus. Pada masa akan datang, rakan-rakan yang datang ke Wuhan akan meletakkan tempat di sini! Suka suka suka!

環境：地理位置優越，離步行街和漢口江灘都很近，周圍也很多好吃的，因為是原保安洋行改建的酒店，內部保留了老建築的風貌，當初選酒店一眼就愛上了，果然沒有失望！ 設施：酒店的設施都很新，房間內都能使用小度智能聲控，床品和洗漱用品都很不錯，還有智能馬桶，如果可以提供馬桶墊就完美了。 衞生：乾淨整潔，舒適。 服務：給我們辦理入住的小姐姐非常nice，幫我拿行李，介紹酒店環境設施，給我們安排好入住，還提供水果的下午茶，離店前還送了我們小禮品，還有酒店提供的早餐也很不錯喔 酒店給客人提供免費的旗袍和首飾配件拍照喔，衣服都很漂亮，天氣不是特別好，但是在酒店裡麪拍就已經很美了。

The location is very nice but our room faced another building which was not the best view possible. Anyway, despite the big amount of visitors, the manager helped us to change room and provided us a better service. The swimming pool was super cold, which clearly was not suitable for me and my kids. Breakfast on the average for this level of hotel. After all I believe the price was too high compared with other hotels in the same area. I want to prize the manager and for his support, but generally I would not recommend this hotel.

Lokasi terbaik yang anda boleh minta di Wuhan. Kurang daripada 100 m dari stesen metro laluan 2 dan 1 dan 5 minit berjalan kaki dari jalan pejalan kaki utama Jinghan. Banyak pilihan makanan di sekeliling anda dan sangat mudah untuk ke tarikan utama. Jika anda tidak kisah dengan permaidani lama mereka yang kotor, hotel ini boleh menjadi yang terbaik untuk menginap di daerah Jinghan. Jangan mengharapkan terlalu banyak daripada tab mandi sekalipun. Ia mandi rosak.

Great hotel in he heart of Wuhan. Metro station at the door step. Rooms were very spacious, with clean comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. We visited the swimming pool, sauna and steam room services, enjoyed every minute, all amenities were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was varied, both Chinese and Western cuisine availabel. would definitely visit again 😊👌

The staffs were friendly, helpful and efficient in their work. The premises were kept in tip top condition and spotless, a feeling of brand new. The hotel lobby was simply magnificent. Made me felt like a VIP. The breakfast at the revolving restaurant was without question superb - wide range of Chinese, Western and local specialities. The Metro station entrance was only 5 minutes walk. Between the station and the hotel were full of eateries, convenient stores and flowers shops. This hotel is highly recommended. Sikap layanan adik lelaki itu sangat baik, dan dia juga menaikkan beberapa jenis bilik kayu secara percuma. Biliknya selesa dan bersih. Saya akan memilih Atour ini pada waktu berikutnya.
